Intend to carry on with one of that character's siblings, either an older brother (Scholar/dark magic) or younger sister (stealth/thief) who at first tries to find what happened to him and then goes on doing whatever it is those characters would do. Leaning towards the latter because everyone else is already magic-based. If I do the dark magic one it'll be the more "Think of the potential!" and less "Kill that guy and bring me his skeleton". If either dies again, there's a third character as well :razz:

It's fiction. It did exist once, as an enlightenment-era 'gentleman's club' but was disbanded in the 1700-1800 range. The ones everyone seems to believe shows up entirely in the kinds of conspiracy theory novels that you'd find in the "thrillers" section of your bookstore, or on the History channel. People think it's a group made of the most 'elite' of the elites of society (Or the worst bits, depending on who's telling the story) that runs everything behind the scenes. Though you'd think a group like that would do a much better job of hiding itself. Unless that's what they want us to think :ohnoes:
