Woo! I was right, I only took it off the top of my head too. Guess I still have a little computer knowledge. ^_^;

http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=183 ... c&start=16 Not my first by far, but it's the oldest one I could find. It's me and some of the #DW Mafia screwing with Nadril. :)

You got well and truly RIPPED OFF. ATI Radeon 9*00 series = nVidia GeForce5*00 series. ATI Radeon X*00 series = nVidia GeForce 6*00 series. ATI Radeon X1*00 series = nVidia GeForce 7*00 series. Use that for comparison. A Radeon X700 Pro would be approximately the same as maybe a GeForce 6600GT? Don't quote me on that, I'm kind of rusty with graphics cards. A GeForce 5500 = Radeon 9700 at best.

We didn't run in miles, we ran in kilometres. Weird for a country that uses miles per hour as our measurement of speed in all motor vehicles. We used to run a 2km run every year to test our fitness. In first and second year I can't remember what I got. But in third year I "ran" it in 14 mins and something seconds. 8) Okay... So I walked. Sprinted away from the Teacher so they couldn't annoy us and me and a few mates walked it. :)

Get a job. Get back down to 15 stone/210lbs. (Currently 16 stone/224lbs~). Get a new car.

Impressive evidence Raynes. First picture there is a window awaiting new words. Most likely an OCR program for sleepwords... Then two pictures with the SCAR icon. More obviously "Bovine Labs" in the Taskbar, which was a big cheat site about a year ago? :? The party hat drop was more than likely Bovine Labs hitting out at all the idiots who played seriously.

I used to frequent on UK2 servers, I still ocassionally play on UK2 cs_assault* servers (apart from beginners, as I'm banned). Was playing on Jammy's server for a while before it went down the plughole. Was an excellent WC3 modded server too. :( If you see [WLA]Lord Suicidal or [#DW]Chris, that's probably me.

Hulk's pretty much summed up what could be wrong. In an older system like yours it is a problem that's viable. Suggestion: Backup important documents/files and get a new hardrive. If you don't feel confident with installing a new hardrive, get a local PC shop to do it.

Aldeon could have had 2 terabytes of space... One acronym, SCSI.

Damnit, you've just put me in the mood for a Munchy Box... That has a LOT of donner meat in it. Basically it's, Chicken Pakora, Vegetable Pakora, Mushroom Pakora, Donner meat, Chips, Salad and 2 sauces (Chilli sauce & Pakora sauce). In a ten inch pizza box. It's only a fiver (̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã5) so it's actually better value for money than getting a Kebab. :oops: Time to go to the bank then! :D

Seen it before on TV, I still laughed hard at the end. "Sir are you a dancer?" "No, I'm just drunk" Amazing. :D This is why America should use breathalyzers. Like we do in Britain. I could have had at least 7 pints and still be able to walk straight and do most of that, yet I'd be about 3 times over the British drink drive limit. :P

Looks cramped. Technically if I could be bothered I could have a LAN party too. But at nearly 20 years old, it just seems a little childish. :oops: I have 3 21" CRT's set up in a row. So it's completely viable. Only problem is the desk has two sets of drawers in it, so it makes it hard to get everyone at the desk at once. We're all 5' 9"+ and over 190lbs. :P Technically we could get a fourth computer on, which would be mine. On the 29" monitor that I use for a TV. :P Edit: Pic of the desk with my "setup". http://www.gbpc.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/monitors.jpg Sorry for the link, It's too big to post full size and ImageShack is being a slow bottom.

You really aren't being much help lately for a "Tech Head" Anyway a 600MHz Athlon is more likely the first Athlon, which was a Slot A processor. Not an XP. http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/K7/AMD-At ... 7600%20(ES).html The K7! Woo. I'm pretty much with Jammy on the spyware/malware scans. You might also want to try disabling the Windows XP theme. Putting it back to how it would look on Windows 2k or 98 would maybe speed it up. Apart from those two things I can't see much else wrong. :? You have an adequate clock speed and amount of RAM. :)

Giant Fingaz is telling the truth, he's at least a Scapeboarder if not an old TIF'er. The kid/guy's a complete [cabbage]head but that's another story. :? I do believe my first post was on the phpbb1 version of Scapeboard, it was probably a reply to a market post.

BHP isn't everything, I bet it would go nicely in a straight line but not around the corners - whereas the ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã100,000 ones would. Actually the Skyline has one of the most advanced traction control systems for its time. The onboard computers would compensate for any loss of traction on any of the wheels. So to be quite honest we're still sticking with just power. As I'm sure these ridiculously priced supercars have the same technology. Although I'm sure the Skylines were the first. I haven't seen the specs on the new Evo. Gimme a break it is a new car... :P How old is the R34? Definately a lot older than less than a year old car. :wink: -

If you're going to bash the Skyline just because it appeared in the Fast and Furious films, GTHO. It's a beautiful car in its own right and is the best performing track car with a 2~2.5L engine I know. Quite honestly It'd beat the s**t out of most cars in its price range. I'd like to see you go out and buy a Maserati or Ferrari (something that could beat a Skyline) for under ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã25,000. Quick spec list on a Skyline R34 GTR. Top Speed: 251 km/h / 156 mph 0-60 mph Acceleration: 5.2 s So not overly bad for a car with a 2.5L engine. :? The thing with the engines in these cars are, they're heavily modifiable which has been proven several times with things like 1000BHP at the Flywheel. Someone also managed a 700BHP at the wheels. Hell it must of kicked like a ... You know, but at least it was a ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã50-75,000 700BHP car and not a ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã100,000+ 400~600BHP car. So for all of those who hate this car, I say it's jealousy. -
Eh if you don't want to cry, don't ask anyone to rate it. :shock: It's not really that good. Sorry. :?

It's over the limits for one, and two you're thick. :)
