Just a few things I thought of, and, I support your ideas.

How about a year old, 950+ total, specific amount of user time ingame, 6 month "probation" where if you do anything wrong, you get a year long forums ban and an auto 15 day ingame ban. I think some of these would be ideas.

The dark bow is the slowest weapon. Fast clickers could steal your monster away.

Uhh, no. Even if the official forums were opened up to us fully, I would only use the marketplace. And, I would hardly ever use it. The P2P players have screwed those forums up enough.

Duelling, Yeah a max of a 3k stake is really fun when you win, honestly in the time the duel takes, I could make 10k at least. Since when is dueling about making money? Sheesh, it was made for fun. If you want to profit on something, try actually working a skill. Runecrafting double nats is suppose to be a great way to profit.

Yeah, that might be pretty bad. Two friends kqing just loan each other their equipment, and if one dies there is no risk of loosing the equipment. I would like to be able to do expended loans like 1 week loans.

I got 28k exp per hour at them. 79 attack, 80 strength, 70 defence.

Along my little grey lines, I would make that part brighter a tad. I think it might look more realistic. Along the black line, I would make the gradient thingy follow in more of a circle not a dip I am not a big artist guru, so, I may be wrong. If I am, don't follow what I say.
