Errm, 76% I think is my highest. The reward was something like 1.6k iron arrows, 1.2k feathers and 260 death runes.

Ok, ranged would definitely be Kill Life's Ranged Guide. Melee would be the high level F2P training.

I trained smithing by smelting steel bars. It is how I got to 7M also. I don't know if I have already said this, but, the total worth of my current bank is about 12.5M
