Heh, I sorta am, I have been playing for 11 months, but I have read the Kbase, the tipit guides, the RuneHQ guides and some of the Zybez guides, so I probably know more about runescape than some players. I am not trying to boast or anything though. Oh, If you want to check prices, I would go to Zybez, but I personally, like the closer community of tipit and their guides are nicer. We also have a bestiary. The nonmember homeworld is world 7, and HYT means Hey you tipiter. There is a little history on that, I forgot a little bit of it though, but it was from another forum long ago. I think it had to do with skating, but anyways, to the point. Yes, full Zamorak is worth quite a lot. A set of full zamorak is 2M to 2.1M (M = one million)

Well, member means if you subscribe to the game, If you pay $5 a month, you get more features. I would suggest playing F2P until you get a feel of the game and if you like it. Go to The main runescape site and go down until you find Members Benefits. Agility Farming Fletching Herblore Hunter Slayer Theiving These skills are subscribers only. I honestly wish they would use the term subscribers because members can be quite vague. Oh, and if you want to learn more about runescape, I suggest reading almost everything you can find in the Runescape Knowledge-Base. This is on the official forums. Yeah, D_V_Devnull was a good guy. I enjoyed talking to him, although I didn't get much of a chance to. He was one of the people I respected most on these forums. Anyways, the news of a rally some time in July has lifted my spirits :D

F2P doesn't need a ranged update, I think we are fine as is. Yeah, great use of a sterotype. And, quite a lot of members are cheap little kids who don't deserve updates because all they do is whine when they get them and whine when they don't get them. Another sterotype would be, all Americans are just like George Bush or Paris Hilton. If you look at the official forums and go into any place, you can see how many stupid immature people go there. All you have to go is go to the suggestions or rants forum and you see some of the most stupid waste-of-bandwidth posts. The Babymaking skill or the sitting skill or the "I should be able to one hit people with my dragon dagger but I can't because it is way too underpowered" thread. Of course, there are tons of mature members and tons of mature f2p players, you just have to find them.

Your runecrafting is impressive, I didn't get to 40 runecrafting until I was about 70 combat. The woodcutting is also something I didn't have until about 70 combat. I only advise you to work on mining and smithing! Well, I am a miner and smither at heart, so of course I would advise you to train those Oh, by the way, how long have you been playing?

I started playing this game because I wanted to advertise another game I played.

Well, I wasn't aiming my post directly at you. I think "Moron" was a rather harsh word and I do take that back. It wasn't the greatest choice of words. I didn't even see your post to be honest. It was some of the posters in the last page. Anyways, F2P as a demo was their original intent. But people started joining F2P and playing for several years than quitting. There was a population boom in F2P and the servers couldn't hold them all. So, to answer the need, Jagex made more servers to hold all of the F2Pers. This is one of the first signs that made F2P more of another side rather than just a demo. There are also yearly holiday items, graphic updates, new random events, the Sceptre added to the game. Also, several P2P only items were introduced and they opened up a whole new market for P2Pers. Whenever Jagex talks about F2P they say Free Version. They don't say the demo. This is also more proof that it isn't a demo. When people talk about Runescape, there are two different players. Members and Nonmembers. Nonmembers, not demo users. They also call it Members benefits. They don't say upgrade from the demo. You don't have a little message pop up and say, you have used your 30 day period, subscribe now to keep your character. To end this little note, I did not aim this only at you. Now that I have read your post, I respect your neutrality. F2P still is partly a demo, but it is much more than just that. And if those big red bold italicized words really offend you, I took them out :P.

Not all members are jerks, but quite a few are. It is the same with f2p, there are quite a lot of jerks here also. Sargas, I have cleared my bank of useless junk, but I still don't have enough room. Clearing it of useless junk helps, but it is not enough, you have to clear other useful items. Also on another happier note, 2k posts on this thread, Tetsuya made the two thousandth post. To clarify, this post The petition for more f2p bank space has 2k posts.

The lack of bank space can also keep people from not becoming members. If they realize they cannot be p2p every month, they won't become members because they will have all of the p2p stuff locking up their bank space when they are f2p. Every time they have to become f2p, this would mean they would have to scramble to sell all of their items before their subscription runs out. I don't know about you, but I would be very irritated having to keep selling all of my p2p items when I become f2p. Also, why are people still calling the free version a demo! I have already presented evidence that the free version is not a demo. If you are going to say f2p is a demo, you have better come up with some evidence why it is a demo. This means a statement from Jagex. A jagex mod on the forums is also a statement from Jagex. If you want to see where I have statements from jagex saying that f2p is not a demo, please actually bother to look for my post. I have said why it is not a demo, I have reiterated it and I do not wish to reiterate it again for the stupid moronic people who can't even look back a few pages.
