If Bob said I will give you a dollar for your rune scimitar, that would be against the rules. If they made it illegal to set yp trades outside of runescape, than the official forums marketplace would be illegal. Therefore, it would make the official forums completely useless.

I was on a forum before runescape that was filled to the brim with grammar nazi's so, I pretty much started out at a combination of stage three and four. I think I did start out at four, but than I regressed back into a stage three and later I moved back to stage four.

7.3m cash F2P been playing for about 10-11 Months and I have a 900+ total level. Most of the cash is from smelting steel bars. It is what got me to 70 smithing ;).

Here, I found a better place to train ranged on Dark Wizards besides the wilderness but sometimes it can be quite crowded. You don't need a safe spot because of your high magic defence. Although, take a bit of food. You might get worn down after a while. It is at the Stonehenge. Here is a picture

I was a good typer before I ever played runescape. A game called Stick Arena helped me type really fast because I would have to type fast or be killed. Also, there was a chat that helped me type fast, but it didn't do much for my accuracy. I guess the tipit chat would also be helping me with my typing. I don't know where I learned how to type with my eyes closed, but I would guess it is from a long time typing. I can't backspace with my eyes closed though. I have never been able to do that. I have actually been typing this whole sentence with my eyes closed. What is in italics is with my eyes closed.

I would guess I am a saver. I will spend it when I have an idea of what I want to spend it on though.

I will have full everything when I get lederhosen legs.

Check if they allow subscriptions. That might be what is stopping it.

Yes, you can use your ignore list for that, but your ignore list only has 12 characters. It is a bit limited. I think this would be a useful Idea. I don't use swift switch because I like to use a client which uses the least amount of memory.

Well, I have given away 10k to newbs I have liked At drop parties, if someone is disappointed they didn't get anything, I will usually give them a small portion of what I have won. For example, I won 50k in a drop party and I would give away 10k to the people who didn't win anything. But the main thing I give away, is great advice. If someone asks me for help, I will usually go out all the way and teach them the best way to do the thing they are confused about. For example, some new person was lost and was frustrated by the scorpions in the Al Kaharid mine. I walked them to falador and bought them a Newcomers map and went down to the Dwarven Mines and showed them where the general store was and where the mining shop was. I bought them a pickaxe and showed them where to mine and bank and smelt and smith. I also gave them hints on what to do for Doric's Quest. I mined them the iron ore for the quest also.

This would actually be pretty nice. Guthix hardly has any items for him anyways. The vestments are good enough, so you don't need any guthix or zamarok monk robes. An amulet would be nice though. I don't support the thing about the god armour though. People would just buy the cheapest god armour, guthix, and than change it into the god they want. So, I support the amulet, but not the robes or god armour idea.

How about a report time thing. You could see how much time until you can report someone again. I would like this because it is irritating to look at my watch and time when the 60 seconds is up.

Meh, a big poster that says BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING YOU would do the same thing... Just kidding I think this could be a good idea but I doubt jagex would implement this. And, the player mod doesn't have to talk, it is not like it is next to their name when you right click them.

I hated that advertisement too. It made me want to break rule 6 and rule 15 at that moment. Pressuring me to get members by pressuring my bank space isn't going to make me want to get members. It is just going to make me want to mule. Very tempting... I mean, I was already convinced I wanted to become a member after I saw all the areas and skills you got. The bank space pressure is just overkill.

I don't think I can go 10 minutes without seeing someone break the rules. I just report them and go on about my training or whatever I am doing. If I am fishing however and I see macroers, which I always do, I write all the macroers names onto my ignore list than go fish and report them every 30 seconds. Very interesting way to pass the time while fishing.

I don't think the American Express card will work. If you look on the bottom of this page, it says that it cannot be used for subscriptions. That is the part where it says it.

That is almost exactly like me. Although, I ended up seeing him first than reading the whole manual like three times over. I still took his no begging advice to heart. I never begged for anything. Although, I didn't know how to offer items for trade, so when someone would offer me an item, I would just click accept. That isn't really begging though.

Yeah, it wouldn't change much for me. Although, if the tipit community and the IRC chat started to slow down however, I might quit.
