Hidden Easter Eggs

Recommended Posts

An easter egg is secret messages or things in a game in this case...

There's a ton of them in runescape and a few I found are:

Fairy Nuff - Fair enough

Sir Pyrsin - surprising

Sir Amik Varze - ceramic vase

Sir Renitee - Serenity

Sir Tiffy Casion - certification

mos'le harmless - mostly harmless

Sanguistion region means region of blood in Latin

When you examine a rock lobster it says "it wasn't a rock" referring to the song rock lobster.

If you examine madame Bouqet on Moonclan the examine is "should a pronounce it bucket" which refers to a 90s show "keeping up appearances".

post yours O:)

Your name is "bet you fail", and you're starting a business with your mom? I'm not even going to touch that.....

There are millions of Monty Python references in RS, one of those being when you use Herring on a tree and it says "This isn't the mightiest tree in the forest."

They also added a reference to one of Eadger Allan Poe's stories.

During Halloween if you examined the Reaper it sais "Don't fear the reaper" which is a song sung by the Blue Oyster Cult.

The examines on the Giant Mole and the Baby Moles are all from Austin Powers.

Supermonk, proving you wrong since 1992.

Oh, you have found humourous references in Runescape. Look a little harder and you will find that the entire game is built around humourous references. If you are American, you may have to work a little harder because Jagex is a British company, and they use a lot of British humour

Why is 'common sense' so named, when there is so little of it about?

Welcome to puberty, we've been expecting you.

The guy that runs the maze at the Rogues' Den is called Brian O'Richard.

This is taken off a British programme called Crystal Maze that was presented by Richard O'Brien. At some point he talks about "Mumsy" which is another reference to the show.
