Bleh. Kinda useless for 99 summoners... was hoping for an actual summoning update, not a D&D. Oh well. Looks pretty cool for those who do need to train though.

Oh god. I don't think it'll ever happen... but if they made summoning usable in single combat... just lol. I can hardly imagine the speed I would tear through every single slayer task at... not to mention stuff like camping abyssal demons.

Got up early... studied calculus all day. Went to my calculus midterm at 7pm. Probably failed it. Came back to res and partied. Slept over in my girlfriend's room... and then had a bit of an awkward moment in the morning when I left and all of her roommates were sitting in the common area.

Texting certainly worked well for me with my current girlfriend. We were both in a situation where alone time and even free time were in short supply, so texting was a perfect alternative. There is also the fact that I am probably better at talking via text where I can think about my replies for a minute than I am at actually talking. I had text-flirted with her a lot more than I had actually talked to her face-to-face before I made a move in person.

I cannot stand killing monsters in the same area as someone else. If I get to a spot and someone is there, I hop. If someone comes to my spot I usually ask them nicely to leave - if they don't I weigh loss of productivity caused by them being there vs just giving up and hopping worlds. Most of the time I kill monsters in a way that I use ALL of the spawns... anyone killing any of them will slow me down,

Bleh. Hate all this misconception... Elysian is NOT the best all around shield. There is no clear cut situation anywhere where elysian is the best choice of shield. Divine is best where you're taking a lot of damage. In every other case where you can survive on unicorn and other healing sources, DFS is just as good as an elysian. If you don't need a shield at all to survive you're better off with a godsword or rune defender or prayer book or something.

Pretty excited to do the quest once I have time... rewards are somewhat useless to me, but the boss looks sort of fun at least. I can almost guarantee that it will only take me 1 try though...

Definitely some sort of glitch with a name change or the tracking program. It just looks like all of his experience from x years of playing was suddenly registered to his new name.

Don't get why people who hate the game and barely play anymore are the ones who "welcome" you back... Anyway, Runescape is different but still awesome. Been some nice updates for high levels like the new prayers and potions... inflated prices simply mean you can make more money by obtaining and selling said items. Runecrafting is still good money, but doing something like killing green dragons for bones and hides is better right now.

Yep, I never had the option to take AP's, but a few guys I know who did take them seem to be a little bit better off so far, particularly in calculus. I am officially done programming and material science for this year, and now my half year classes become chemistry and linear algebra.

Both torag and bandos have better range defence than verac. Oh I see. So in the case of torag helm vs verac helm, 6 range defense is better than 3 prayer? I'd say so, prayer isn't a huge deal for soloing really. For a team trip I'd definitely take verac over torag though.
