C rapier vs C longsword
I am really torn currently. Got a while to make my decision... but I was initially only considering long, but now I am not sure. I wanted long because it seems like it would be best for bosses, but there now seems to be evidence that would suggest that rapier might possibly just as good for bosses (and undeniably better for slayer).

A few questions about dungeoneering.
Doesn't matter where you start. Just ALWAYS do EVERY floor that is available to you before resetting.

Sumona's KQ slayer challenge
With the full slay helm it might actually be very doable to range both forms.

Dungeonering Prestige Question
Evidently not. Missing any rooms not only gives you less bonus room experience, but you lose prestige and floor experience too.

Sumona's KQ slayer challenge
It can be ranged - I've done it. I don't know if it is better than verac or not with your stats.

Could YOU eat and drink NOTHING for 30 years?
It is just not true. Lol at all the comments on the article that believe it.

Anyone wanna do a 5-man dung?
World 117 seems to be the place where most of the high level dungeoneers make teams.

Don't you think it's kinda lame and arrogant to have Private Chat set to 'Friends'?
Mine is usually set to friends. I turn it on when I need to be able to receive messages, but when I don't it is off. Not because I'm arrogant, but because I do get a lot of pms from random people. Doesn't exactly leave me with a lot of choice.

12-Apr-2010 - Dungeoneering Skill!
Finding teammates can be incredibly frustrating at times. I only recently started teaming since I was previously in a situation where I could only go on for short periods of time. It is definitely faster experience with a team, but not always as fast as it could be when you don't have a competent team. Teamed with a level 116 yesterday who ran around with a fractite armour and weapon, didn't know how to do any puzzles, and didn't know how to kill the boss. On the other hand I found a level 115 who was maxed range, mage, defence, and a handful of other skills (including mining) who was very useful. Even teamed with a level 82 for a bit who knew what he was doing, even if he wasn't incredibly useful for combat rooms.

Dungeoneering XP question
Qeltar is correct, hence why it is worth spending the time to make a potion if it will allow you to open every room.

Slayin' Styles
I powerslay everything as fast as I can. That being said, I do usually multitask on forums or something else while doing it when possible (but for a lot of tasks it isn't possible).

What annoys you the most in RuneScape?
People who are killing anything within sight of anything that I am killing. ...I don't like to share. To be fair, I often do use every monster spawn.

Dungeoneering.
Clarifying what he said: Achievements do not give extra experience. Bigger maps are available to teams only, but they do give a lot more experience. If you have a team, you can choose to set the difficulty equal to the number or team members you have, or you can choose to set it so that the difficulty of the dungeon is aimed toward a team that has less players than your team has. You get more experience if you set the difficulty to what it's supposed to be for your team size, obviously. You don't lost experience for killing the dinosaur things, but if you trap them instead you will get more hides which you can make range armour from.

Gluttonous Behemoth
Well, I have no problem with the level 248 behemoths when I solo, but I guess max stats, tier 10 familiar, and promethium spear help though. I usually only have zephyrium/argonite armour though (can only smith up to katagon gloves and boots).

C wars brace doesn't really give an accurate impression of the weapon =p Probably won't actually be good for anything other than koing. I still think that I will go with longsword first for bosses, and then a rapier for slayer.

Oh snap lol... godsword speed... going to be a tough choice.

24-Apr-2010 - Jagex Presents... RuneFest 2010
I'd go if I lived in England. Oh well.

You need to trap those things, not kill them. I don't think that any primal item is as good all around as the spear, only because of how useful it is to have every combat style.

Just saw that thread. Lol'd.

I've used magic on her far more than most people; it's just not needed since you can avoid all damage by running, while doing faster damage with range. This is off topic anyway... anyone know if vids or something of the new items have surfaced?

Magic is not useful for team sara.

Gluttonous Behemoth
You should bind a melee weapon. I also find that the stormbringer (mage) familiars are very useful, and my tier 10 stormbringer usually does a few hundred damage at least on bosses. Yes, and always alch extra stuff that you get - particularly extra charms. If you really do have a lot of cash left over (and already have good armour) then make some scrolls for the stormbringer; they're 50% more accurate, hit at least 150, and don't make you stop attacking.

Going to be very upset if chaotic weapon stats are wrong.

Full Slayer Helm
I like it for killing dagannoth kings on task :P

Sorry - the official forum layout has been changed a bit. You need to look in the Teamwork section of whatever community you fall under.
