  1. Back in the day I used to run cross country to interhouse and interschool, but done my ACL. I still run them, got 3rd this year on a 6km track. No idea what my time was.
  2. You gotta hear some more Michael : All the accusations aside, I think he was an incredible artist and dancer. Totally revolutionised pop music. My favourite song is PYT. I also love Billie Jean, but who doesn't?
  3. That sounds mature. Over in Australia here no one goes around saying 'in the butt' or 'that's what she said'. I would've thought it would've got old at grade 8.
  4. I don't think a new sub forum named rants would be necessary. If we are wanting to improve OT, then having a subforum for people to whine won't really go far. It would give some people the idea to just type out random things that annoy them about the world and get away with it.
  5. I clicked on this topic expecting something that would be about how everything is getting childish and that you can't do anything as a kid anymore. Like that playgrounds are too dangerous and parents not letting their kids play in the mud or something. But poor fella. He gets bullied and he has no friends - so he gets comfort in his mother. And you go ahead and just bag him out more and make him feel worse.
  6. "Ooh that was terrible" "Wasn't written good at all" "Not good at all" etc Ok then. Next week we are going to have a Guest article from Sir_Hartlar. Then one from everyone else who bagged this article. If you aren't happy with it, then go and write one yourself. And it better be good. I think this was a pretty good article, even better then a few The_Editor wrote. But since no one knows who the editor is, no one ever bags out his articles. It just seems that because it is a Guest Writer everyone feels the need to add in their 2 cents and say how they can do a way better job.
  7. Captain Planet
  8. I mainly call those planks, but I guess I haven't heard them been called anything else either. Planks or bridges. I love these babies. To really strengthen the core try alternating from having both arms and boths feet on the ground to having 1 arm, 1 foot, 1 arm 1 foot. You know you'll have a stomach after that :).
  9. Isn't this meant to be a funny picture thread? Or do I miss something. I found that picture funnier then all of the motivationals and fail pictures.
  10. Is there already a rule against making walkthroughs?
  11. Good morning! It was a lovely spring day, the sun was rising, the air was crisp and that annoying bird woke me up with it's matng call for about 10 minutes straight. I dragged myself out of bed and into the shower and from there I began to bathe myself and get beautiful for the upcoming day. Then I got dressed into my school uniform and waltzed on to the computer to check Tipit and do some things before school. After checking out a few things, I came down to OT and scrolled down. I found a lovely topic with no replies (when I clicked it) and thought I would check it out. I chcked it out and I thought I would add in my input by saying what I have done so far today. After this I will more than likely head to school and then come home here.
  12. If something really is funny then I say hahaha. If I actually laughed out loud then I would type - I actually laughed then. When I text though pretty much everything is lol. Definately lost it's meaning, especially when people use it as a word and actually say 'loll' in real life when they think something is funny, but not funny enough for them to actually laugh.

This is pretty interesting. I don't think the world will get sucked into a black hole, and even if it does - it's all in the name of science ;). I can't wait to see what happens and the results.
  14. I think this has a bit of discussion. Those that are pro-/b/ can try to say what is so good about it and why they think it's cool that they bring the lame meme's here. And those that are against /b/ can state why it sucks and hopefully stop others from turning OT into /b/.
  15. I don't see why not. Would make it easier to add friends :)

  17. Pretty good response. My advice, just be yourself. Sooner or later they will find out if you were being yourself in the interview or not
  18. Since when did OT become /b/? Seriously, save all your fake news crap for 4chan.
  19. I go to the gym 3 times a week on Monday, Wedensday and Friday afternoon. I try to do some cardio to burn some baby fat but with a torn ACL it is hard to run. Will get into swimming when it gets a little warmer.
  20. I think if I were American then AD would be funnier. I think most of AD"s humour is political and that is why I don't really find it that funny.
  21. Hook n Sling - The best thing.
  22. We watched a few of them in drama because we are studying absurdism and theatre of cruelty and my teacher thinks they are too freaky and scary. I was watching them and just had a 'wtf' moment. I don't think it was funny, or if they creator wanted it to be funny. They didn't freak me out - they didn't really do much for me.
