  1. Not a big fan of cheats; I like a challenge - especially in my RTS's :)
  2. Medium or hard generally. The only real exception to that was HL2 which I started on easy; then started a new file on Hard when I got used to it.
  3. It never aired in Australia (to my knowledge) :uhh: And yes I did have to google to work out what the hell it was.

Passion and "go out there and have fun" is usually important. Rather scary how many pro's out there forget about the concept of fun when they play :-?
  5. If you're not a fan of Quantum Mechanics - anything someone posts to explain the origin of gravity and such is going to go right over your head.
  6. And I love how people who have no religion love to focus on the negative aspects of religion rather than the positive. Hard to not focus on the negatives when you've got people who take scripture literally and follow it to the letter. More so when it's more than a handfull of "extremeists" who do it and it's actually part of the judicial system.
  7. Should've kept reading.
  8. Yea; ninja-locks are annoying :(

I'm backing SA or Australia to win. I'm not totally up to speed on how SA has been performing and the status of their team; but if it isn't Australia - statistics favour SA to take it out.

Defender: Santa Claus (ie: The one who travels around the world and gives presents to every kid in the world on christmas eve) does not exist and never has. The concept of Santa Claus is based off Saint Nicholas who was indeed a real person. Poured everything he had into helping the poor basically. Essentially Santa Claus is a massive exaguration of the truth and twisted multiple times by different cultures into what exists today. That exaguration happened over a period of time not much less than the entire Bible. How much do you think is actually word-for-word accurate. It's like chinese-whispers; tell someone you caught a fish 10 inches long and before you know it it's a story of how you struggled for 20 hours in a cyclone to catch a 20ft shark :uhh: I'm am honestly not bashing the entire bible - just telling you that there's a damn high probability that events in the bible are exagurated to some degree (some more than others - ie: Noah's Ark is definately a huge exaguration beyond recognition). What else could be if that's just a mior part in the whole thing.
  11. Anyone else use 123-reg.co.uk as a registar? I got no idea of this control panel for domains; but I'm willing to be it will be a redirect of sorts.

Yet you do not believe in Santa or anything else based on a similar concept - WHY? And quit avoiding the question. I'm open minded, but if you want to keep hiding by beating around the bush I'm going to keep pushing harder.

@defender: What makes your religion any more plausable than Santa*? Since this is the foundation of every single argument you make - it better be good. @Turkish-: History books have physical evidence to backup the content. Whats your point? *do take in mind that Santa is derived off an actual person and events and has stories about them - but the actual being Santa Claus does not exist - so your Bible is in the same boat

Good.. It's about time you pissed off out of this topic and took your... well you had nothing with you anyways - so just go.
  15. Peace and tolerance indeed.
  16. I don't dislike the American government as much as I dislike my own. The current Australian goverment is a walk-over and Bush's lap dog. It's a disgrace :uhh:

Which is not a good thing in the least bit. better than $1.25 + tips. At least the bulk of your wage is not determined by the people you serve.
  19. ... I don't know if I should feel sorry for you or laugh. I'd be worried that this person is going to end up as a terrorist (refer to the first quote in your post) :uhh:

Ah but the "whole world" could've just been that region - which I still find to be BS. Geographically speaking; it would've been impossible to get water levels high enough to land a boat on mountain, especially in that area. Even if you took all the water in the oceans and started filling that area up from the Black Sea; it just aint going to happen.

When I saw this topic last night - I was expecting someone to post that image - you champion Indy :D
  22. So it's a 3d chat room? Meh.
  23. And in countries like that - your family will quite happily kill you do something they don't like / think has brought shame on the rest of the family. Attempting to leave the countr to escape it is a sure way to get yourself killed if it went wrong.
  24. Start buying up tickets mate. If you win we can start that game company :P
  25. While 1.6 requires skills - I don't consider being able to shoot through walls one of them (as most of my friends "exploit"). On the topic of knifing - it's meant to be quiet. If you knife someone; others aren't meant to hear it. I have never been a big fan of the CS series at all, really, but if it came down to it - CS:S has my vote. If I could get my CZ to work - it might change, but meh.
