PS3 launched in Australia at midnight er.. today (or last night if you want :uhh). You should've seen all the "OMG THE PS3 IS COMING" ads that were swamping the ad breaks prior to it. They were treating it like the PS3 was bigger than jesus (yes I'm not changing that statement) or something :uhh: Harvey Norman really is a Sony Lap dog; no other campies were on the ball screaming "OMG IT'S HERE!!!11oneone!1!" - they didn't do it for the xbox or the Wii; but somehow the PS3 is something god-like (hence the "bigger than jesus" statement before. At least to the HN PR suits.

If you're downloading via xdcc the bot, i assume it's a bot anyways, will inform you of your current position in the main channel. It'll most likely get lost in all the babble of xdcc packages tha tare available - but it's easy to find (usually exactly the same format of the "you have been added to the queue in position x"). If you're downloading by fserv then I'm pretty certain that most fserv scripts have an x/y request. Usually automatic or one you can invoke yourself (check the help when you start an fserv for commands relevent to that script).

ok - so I went through all my saves; and i got 4 saved skirmishes.. opened them up and tried to save them again - no dice. So I must've had a mod installed which I have since removed :-?

I got another game to add to my list of worst: WoW All my friends rave on about how awesome it is - and I'm like "you're all mad - WoW sucks" then one of my mates got me one of those 14 day trials; got 14hrs notched up in WoW; got to lv 12 or something then lost intrest. Sure enough it's met with "yea the low levels suck but it gets better". Good work blizard - you created a game which is based purely on people not getting sick of repedative crap for 20 or so levels :uhh:

I quite like shows which have been thrown together with nothing behind them. Always good for a laugh and ridicule - and then you cheer when they are removed.

That is pure [cabbage]; I think the peak "increase" was like 14% or something on home invasions and that didn't happen till around 3 years later and is in the decline; as with almost all violent crimes (assult, homocide, home invasion, etc).

I save Human V AI skirmish matches all the time - unless you're refering to Human V Human skirmish (ie: LAN or online); in which case that's not possible afaik.
