  1. 12 years of unifroms in schools and believe me when I say that dress codes work only in employment where you risk more than a bit of time out if you want to constantly push the limits of what you're allowed to wear.
  2. Nah, blue wouldn't like it because you can't destroy blocks you don't want with explosives or gun fire  :uhh:
  3. Alien Carnage back to Halloween Harry (silly Americans - truth; look it up if you don't believe me)
  4. I was going to mention PristonTale during all this and since you're brought it up anyways - might as well follow on. Personally I find it almost balanced; except for the obvious lack of PVP (unless that was added since I stopped played) and VERY SLOW leveling once you get around the 8x mark or something. The party system is relatively good; except for the fact you can leech party exp even when on the other side of the map (unless that too has ben changed). Skills are practical to your class and the item variaty is extensive yet select - the big plus to it are the stats which can vary greatly between drops. It still has a bit to go before it's a great MMORPG; but meh. It's on the way, needs more quests as the only real quest is for ... one of the civs and hunting wolfs and such for level ups or whatever of class rank. I can't remember exactly.
  5. And so you can identify people who shouldn't be in the school grounds a lot quicker than usual (safety). There's a lot of valid reason for uniforms - most of which out weight reasons NOT to have them. Be thankfull you don't have them, Defender2516, given the amount of justification a school would have to suddenly implement them.
  6. Hahah - too right a joke; you'd get better luck putting it into Billabong than Telstra.
  7. Roller Coaster Tycoon reminds me a bit of ThemePark. Although ThemePark's roller-coasters sucked [wagon]
  8. Too right. There's gotta be more pressing needs to deal with that sock length :uhh:
  9. Definately the Tomb Raider games - Tigra got it right; level design is absolutely shocking and the controls could make a person cut their hands off to avoid using them.
  10. Maybe Nadril and I should team up and make our own games :-k

Yea - I like everything about Australia except the politics :uhh: Other than that - excellent
  12. No brainer - should've been ther to begin with.
  13. hmm... For TV it would have to be the X-Files theme. Movies; no idea.
  14. I'll get myself a copy for the PC when that happens. Or not - depends how desperate I am for a new game. And now good it is. If it reminds me too much of Vice City I wont bother.

And then you've got parents who wonder why their kids resent (or hate) them. There's a point where a kid (especially teenagers) are going to fed up with protective parents and either tell them to "piss off" or leave home.
  16. Looks good :) Now for me to do them justice :noes:
  17. My mum used to be good at them, stoped using for about 8 years and now is back to being rather hopeless; although getting better. Still asks a lot of strange questions though :-?
  18. Aye - There's hardly ever any sports topics :-?
  19. lordkrohn1626; you're more paranoid than my mum - and she's right up there with the tin-hat freaks sometimes :uhh:

I'd have to say a parent has no right to meddle in the affairs of a child (at any age) unless they've got just cause (ie: they've got solid proof something is up / their child is heading in the wrong direction). Parents who meddle ultimately end up as the bad guy and wonder why they're hated / distanced from their kids.

hm, good question... Burning Love (Elvis) should've been a #1 but was outed by My Ding-A-Ling (Chuck Berry). The hell that happened I'll never know :uhh:

I decided not to vote. I can pick about 3 that are worthy; and the rest are just "too modern; gtfo" kind of deal. Ancient Wonders > *.

I hardly move while playing Wii Sports. Now that I think about it; I probably more MORE playing a FPS on my PC than I do using my Wii.
