It doesn't need to work in a regular URL, when the page is parsed, the ampersand will take the place of & and the links will work fine. On a side note, it's all good in google reader. Really? I can see that there's the name of RS's updates in google reader, but when I go and click on the link I get "The requested topic does not exist."
