The only good drops they have are really just runes, so I'd switch the RoW with a RoL. And no, they will not attack if you have guthix armor, only saradomin and zammy set them off.

If you can withstand boredom, almost any skill is an easy 99. Most have some way where you can get to a point where clicking something repeatedly will get you the needed exp. Oh, and I use thieving for those safes so I can get gems.

*cough* *wheeze* In MY day, we didn't have no fancy side menu. Whenever you attacked something a box with options came up in the top left corner and you selected one. And all weapons could use all styles. When we were mining, there was always ore in the rock, it was just harder to mine for. We didn't have no fancy Runecrafting, all runes had to be bought from stores or gotten from monsters. Chickens were more efficient exp per damage then lessers.

It would, except one small thing - All your other skills MUST be higher for it to get the exp., so for it to push the skill to 99, all your other skills must be 99 as well, and since you're even asking about reqs, this probably isn't the case.

They must have changed that recently then I (Still don't) didn't have the levels for legends, just quests, and QP, and they let me start it. They just won't let you into the building. You need to start it for access to Kharazi, nothing else.

You don't. If you have skills that show up on the Official Site's Hiscore tables, then your dynamic signature will fill itself in automatically. Actually - He doesn't have a dynamic siggy. The way to update yours is to get some skills in the highscores (get top 1million and log out for a little bit.) then go to runeweb.net->stat siggies -> update -> type in your RS username.
