So at 200 Manta Rays you're looking at 300K. +100K gold for finishing it. That's a total of 1.4 Million LOWEST for completing this quest + a ton of combat exp. And that's with no onyx. How difficult could Davy Jones be anyways? Desert Treasure currently has the hardest guy, and even with 4 of them plenty of people are finishing that. For rewards like this, you'd need him to be harder than kalphite queen and tz-tok-jad. And even still that'd be insane.
