  1. Wild Hogs It's actually not that bad for a movie with Tim Allen in it.
  2. There's only so many shapes a character's head can be. :|
  3. You got a problem with that? loooool I agree. Love is just something you have to experience on your own, as love is going to be a different thing for everybody anyway. Two people might say they love each other, and mean it in a more-than-friends way, but that doesn't mean they feel exactly the same way about each other. In other words, love is undefinable on a universal level.
  4. Nah, it's not a big deal. My point is just that Lode was talking about being too lazy to have a job, so he'd rather go on the internet and get the stuff - which is still technically work, but it's definitely not as demanding as a real job.
  5. I assumed by "work" you meant having a paying job here, since you can't get paid that kind of money for scratching your chin for 10 hours - which is also technically work by the definition you gave.
  6. I think what Makoto meant was that being free isn't the only thing that causes people to want to pirate, which is what Dusty was implying. What did you achieve by trying to make all of TIF hate you? Seriously now.
  7. I know exactly what you mean. Sometimes I'll just think to myself, "Damn. Everybody's ugly." :uhh:

That's weird. I always found the threads with the most logically deficient posts to be the best ones. When everyone agrees or comes to the consensus of "to each his own" it does get quite boring. I enjoy threads where there is a potential to argue about an objective truth, but... to each his own. Very nice point. I'm getting sick of the same old as well. Sometimes I catch myself repeating the same things over and over again, so I revise it, use a different approach, throw in new words, and just try to overcome the monotony. It's great to deviate away from the customary and go down your own unique path - makes things a lot more fun. Of course there is. I see debating as a skill, much like playing guitar or doing sports. You get better. Practice makes perfect. I've seen it with myself and I've seen it with many other posters. I think it's safe to say that my opinions on certain subject matters have much more credence than they did before I discovered TIF. You learn a lot from fighting on the internet. :P PS: Just because there is a Debate Forum doesn't mean we shouldn't be allowed to debate on other forums. Contrived debates suck to the highest degree anyway.
  9. I can't tell if you're a troll or if you're seriously that oblivious to the huge double standard you just made.
  10. What? There's a difference?

Score [bleep]? Just laugh at how stupid they are for using that as an insult. It's quite an ironic situation. While trying to insult you, they indirectly insulted themselves in the process.
  12. yes I know but I'm too lazy to work so Idc about that ;) Definition of work: That sounds like work to me. You switched your definitions. The first time you used the word "work" you were talking in the context of a job, not anything that technically counts as exerting effort. I can't scratch my chin for 10 hours and get paid for that even though it's "work". But that being said, I agree that it's not worth the effort, especially since it doesn't sound that fun. But then again, the economy is [cabbage] and jobs are much harder to come by than they were a few years ago. So any extra cash is good I suppose - as long as you're into that kinda thing. Not for me though.
  13. I'm trying the alcohol one. 75% in and still not feeling horny. :|
  14. Sounds like a hoax to me, but then again sometimes normal songs can have a great effect on you so I'm not completely closed off to the idea. I'd definitely want to try it if it was confirmed to work by a fellow TIFer. ;)
  15. What the hell. What don't you people understand about tap water =/= bottled water? Instead of giving people the benefit of the doubt and assuming they spend money for a reason (ooh what a far stretch), you assume that they enjoy throwing their money out the window for no reason whatsoever. It's not idiotic to prefer better tasting water without floaties in it. Now, if your tap water is as cold, pure, tasty, and convenient as bottled water that's a different story.

Had a really boring and depressing day at first, but then things got better. Now it's 7:30 am and I'm just now getting ready to go to bed after I eat my pizza. 5 more minutes until it's done. 8-)
  17. That's true. But as your average person, I'm more concerned about my convenience than the environment. Selfish, I know. :P
  18. It also takes forever and it doesn't change the taste. Plus you can't carry a cup of water around as easily as you can a bottle. Not to mention I prefer cold water, and sinks don't get cold enough to my liking. I'm not opposed to sink water; I do drink it. It's just I think bottled water definitely has its merits too.
  19. Why would you want that as a wish?
  20. 1. I could literally get high off of life. 2. Meeting my future self. 3. A refrigerator that automatically filled itself with whatever the hell I was in the mood for. 1. I would do this whenever I'm bored obviously... which is like 90% of the time. But hey, it doesn't have the same negatives that are attached to real drugs such as overdose, addiction, going broke, etc. so doing it that much wouldn't really be bad for me. I'm just bored of feeling the same all the time. 2. I'd ask myself many questions, but nothing that would spoil anything major. I would want to know what my job would be, where I'd be living, if I should avoid anything in specific, and what the future is like compared to 2009. Things I would not want to know would be the events that happen in my life - I don't want to spoil surprises and I also don't want to hear about deaths. (Although temptation might get the best of me, so no promises with this one. 3. Pretty self-explanatory. Right now I'd go for a big [wagon] taco salad with Mr. Pibb.

Finally took that shower. I know exactly what you mean. I love opening up a fresh bar straight out of the box. Skiing looks boring. A story about skiing is probably even more boring.
  22. Honor = Anything you do Dishonor = Anything opponent does In other words, Honor PKing does not exist. It is a tool devised to make people feel better about themselves and make others feel worse, much like the noob/nerd fiasco.
