No offense Lady but I can see why Jagex did that. I know the guy was trolling you, but Jagex did this to keep their rules consistent. If that player saw you call him an idiot and realized Jagex doesn't consider it breaking a rule, he could just go around calling everyone "idiots". To me that word is offensive anyway. There's no other use for that word other than to offend or to joke around.
