Or maybe it's because we've been exposed to a different set of samples to base out opinions off of? Or maybe it's because you can't see what's really going on during a courtship. Either way I think it's very fair to make that claim, on the count of the vast majority of relationships I've seen or heard about have ultimately failed. I've moved around a lot too and so far nothing really contradicted my opinions on couples. There are good relationships out there, but they are few and far between from my experiences, which are not as narrow as you make it sound by saying I obviously haven't been looking.

I've noticed that most relationships are jokes. The guy is faking. The girl is faking. Relationship crumbles. Hahah. And to think they thought it would last. Your average person has enough problems alone. When you add another person equipped with their own unique set of problems, you got yourself a RFD. However, there are people out there who can legitimately connect to each other off of trust, similar ideals, shared experiences, sexy bods, etc. A huge problem though is that a lot of people think they are legitimately connecting and have a fine relationship, when in reality there is actually a huge weakness that they either brush under the carpet or don't know about. I'm so sick of the couples who break up and get back together 14+ times because they think next time will be different even though neither of them raise a finger to change things.

How so? I would say it's just sex in general that's being put into the media subliminally. Straight people just happen to be the most targeted demographic because there are simply more of them. I'm not arguing that straight pride doesn't exist - it's just that a lot of your examples seemed far-fetched. It just sounds like you have orientation on your mind more than your average person. Haha. Annoying isn't strong enough of a word to describe that stereotype. I'm nothing like that yet I consider myself more of a man than most of those guys. (Budlight is a girl's drink.) :P

I hate the idea of getting in trouble for putting something in my search. The government has no proof of what your real intentions were. It is very possible that I could search "How to make an explosive" out of pure curiosity and never even want to make a bomb.

Tim Finch, I'm inclined to believe that those feelings have a lot to do with aging. You described verbatim how I felt at that age. As a youth I was very social and was surrounded by friends and then all of a sudden I was the polar opposite. I just naturally grew out of it without even realizing. I mean, I wouldn't exactly call myself outgoing now but I'm confident when it comes to social interactions now. In fact, I kind of even like them now. So yeah, maybe it has to do with that transitional period from being a boy to being a man. Just my guess.

Sonic 4 is looking really solid. Just the idea that it's not 3D is enough for me. They finally got the hint. The Sonic I have for 360 has ranks for clearing the level, similar to Devil May Cry. Now mix that with Sonic's awkward 3D manueverability and wall/ground glitches. :shame: I will beat it some day though because I can't decline the challenge.

Just got to Rank 40 on Bioshock 2 this morning. The campaign was really fun, I just wish they would have been a little more lenient on the ammo. I like the idea of scarce supplies but even Fallout 3 gives you more ammo than that. On my hard run-through I scrounged for every last bullet I could find, hacked for them, used the passive ability for more loot, researched my enemies, and fired accurate shots yet I still found myself meleeing a ton.

A couple days ago I put my finger in a hamster cage and it bit. Blood.

For once I had an eventful day. My friend took me out for lunch at Sonic's. Their strawberry limeade is easily the most refreshing drink I've had. Yeah, that's my definition of eventful. :-(

Well... 13 was a bit of a disappointment to say the least. My favorite thing was probably the challenging fights. Out of all the numbered Final Fantasy games, this one gave me a lot more game overs than the others. Really sucks that they didn't give much side quest material. I loved spending 200 hours maxing out on 12.

My favorite part of Portal was that it was a low commitment game. It's only like two hours long, but your mind is kept busy for those two hours which is what made it a good game. Making it a full retail game sounds pretty risky. Still interested to try it out though.

You'd just love to be an authority figure, wouldn't you?

I recently finished Mass Effect 2 on Insanity. The hardest part of that game was dealing with those loading times.

If you're saving innocent people from getting harmed, it sure as hell does. Blood's posts were far more constructive and he didn't convince me that punishing crimes is a stupid thing to do. What makes you think shouting an unsupported claim will change my mind? Sorry if that comes out as rude, but come on, put more effort in than that. We really won't get anywhere if it's just a back-and-forth of yeses and nos.
