And if I was somewhere where I needed to/was expected to speak something else, I'd make sure I knew it.

I want to be able to plug my headphones into the front jack of my computer and have sound come out of them. Currently, nothing happens if I do that because the rear jack is the default and goes to speakers. I can't figure out how to do this on Windows 2000 (it only took me like five minutes to figure it out on 7) so I figured somebody'd know how to do it here. I think the front 3.5mm jack is attached/on the CD drive in the front, I'm not sure though- but it's the CD drive that came with the computer, I believe. (as in it's a piece of another peripheral?)

I got my license today. Dunno when they'll send me the real one. Also saw the 13 foot alligator. And learned that my Skullcandys are rather good sound blocking earbuds.

Yeah definitely get it. It's no good online, but has tons of Nintendo fanboyism going for it. If you don't like the controls, you can always go with GameCube games and its controller. We've got one, with every GH title made for it, Animal Crossing, Mario Kart, and Wii Fit... The online play isn't great, although it has an Opera browser you can get free. Haven't used it much. If you have a DS already it's cool because you can download some demos of upcoming (mainly Nintendo) games, and interact with some Wii titles with it.

I took my driving test, passed, then the Secretary of State told us they changed the law and I need my birth certficate with my Seg 2 cert, permit, and test cert. I was kind of mad that nobody'd told me previously. My mom ordered some BrickForge and it cam today, but I can't have my stuff until I really bug her for it because part of it is for my brother whose birthday is soonish. We went to Target after I finished the test and I got a Star Wars Minis Starter Set for $5 (mainly so I can play D&D with Obi-Wan or Cody) and a Lego set (Two bikes and two figs with epic helmets and whatnot for $10!), it was even better because I had a $15 gift card! I went to the library and they gave me a can of Mountain Dew, which I need to find some excuse to drink (diabetes + 46g carb Mt. Dew = not a great idea, but okay). I got Othello in manga form, where he is some whacked out winged angel thing. And Brabantio has horns. And I got The House of the Scorpion in audiobook form, which is like 13 CDs. We decided we're going to the zoo tomorrow. To see a 13 foot alligator. And maybe I'll get my license.

One pair Nike Running shoes, guy's, charcoal with orange details: $40 at Kohl's, nothing special. One pair Nike Slide Sandals, guy's, blue with black sole: $17.50, clearance at Kohl's, needed new ones anyway. One pair Nike Total90 Shoot (?) Soccer Cleats: $55 on sale at [bleep]'s. The nicer ones, with the grippies on the instep, plus they're neon green! One pair generic off-brand winter boots One pair Sonoma clog type things for scouts One pair generic black/red flats, kind of Sketchers like but not. For dumb band. One pair Speedsters marching shoes. Also for dumb band. Plus a pair of off brand roller blades from Wal-Mart! And a pair of Rebok 1K hockey skates ($45 on sale), and a pair of CCM Vector 4.0 goalie skates ($50 on sale) I think that's all the footwear I own.

Yesterday I picked up GH: Aerosmith for $10 at Toys R Us... Thought it had a Queen song on it, but that's the Metallica one. Now we just need Smash Hits and Metallica... Then we'll have every GH released for the Wii. Which is pretty sad when you think about it.
