  1. Got TW Princess? I do. Now all that's left is to get the Wii. How hard can that be?
  2. Nice. I like simple sometimes. I got my guitar and played a song to it using that tabed part as an intro. I was thinking maybe it would be a cool idea (since I know tons of people on this board play at least one instrument) that everybody could do their own interpretations of the song and upload it. Maybe not for this but I'm sure somebody on this board could fine tune that idea to make it work.

True. I played it at gamestop and was amazed at how responsive it was. I was sort of expecting this buggy sort of odd movement experience.
  4. Super Mario Sunshine was a really fun game. SSBM was a great game although I don't like it much because i'm bad at it. Fire Emblem: POR was another great game. I had never played a game like that before. I bought Batman: Begins at Target for $5 so for that price it was decent (plus i'm a huge batman fan). I loved Windwaker although I prefer the more "realistic" graphics. I liked the new look at least for one game though.
  5. I'm thinking I'll split the cost for the Wii with my parents or something like that.
  6. I know what you mean. I thought the same thing until I played this racing game at gamestop for the Wii. I had so much fun playing it and thought "if I like playing a racing game this much (I don't really like racing games), how much fun will a game be that I love."
  7. I pre-ordered it in march for my birthday for the GC. I decided I wanted a Wii a little while ago. I just had to cancel the gamecube version pre-order since I can't get the Wii version. Oh well, I can wait a few weeks (hopefully it's only a few weeks).

Wow. I had no idea how much living in a different place could change the meaning of a word like hardcore. The hardcore in my area is darkish metal riffs with growling vocals. It's not something I'm going to put on in my car and sing along to but if I was some sort of raver I guess I would like to have it playing while I dance.
  9. Where I work I say happy holidays (if I say anything other than "thank you have a great night") anyway. It's not really about pretending it doesn̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t exist. I love the holiday season and I love having Christmas be a big part of it. I just don't feel like targeting people as Christian or Jewish. Even if I were to say "Merry Christmas" to every single person, I would be getting a good percentage wrong. Edit: If I know their religion for a fact I of course would say the appropriate saying.
  10. I bought it because my friend told me he was playing it. He got the 360 the next day. Anyone mind telling me some basics in the game?
  11. My grandpa served in WWII. Not sure if he really saw much action though. From what I remember in his most exciting story all that happened was they got attacked and a bomb blew up close (but not close enough to hurt him) to him.
  12. They're not terrible but to me (from what I just listened to on amazon), it sounds pretty bad.
  13. I want to see it. Heard it was pretty good. The trailer made it look like it was going to be amazing though.
  14. I believe that both genders have about (natural physical differences matter) the same potential in politics, the army, or just at home. The problem is that this world was pretty much built by men. If women want equality they need to modify the mans world.
  15. First Man I guess. It sounds pretty weird.
  16. I love being home alone also. My neighborhood is huge. It's an 8 minute drive to get to my house. I also don't even live in the richest part. Anyone who wants to break in has made some kind of serious mistake. We lock our doors anyway.
  17. Happy Birthday. Hope you like the game. I really liked the N64 one.
  18. Being born Jewish, I actually think I found the film funnier. It seemed like to me that he was making fun of the Jew haters instead of Jews.
  19. How can you prefer Steve Carrel over Jim Carey :( For me, I can't really see myself choosing one of those actors over the other. Steve Carrel has potential to be greater later but Jim Carey has already proven himself with great movies.
  20. I know it sounds immature but that whole naked fighting scene was making me tear up from laughing so hard.
  21. I have AOE II The Age of Kings. I borrowed it from a friend in return for Galactic Battlegrounds. I've played Age of Mythology plus the expansion pack version much more so i'm getting used to the differences. Pm me if you ever want to play. I
  22. I just came back form seeing it. Had to wait 2 hours because it was sold out. We also had to get in half an hour early just to get decent seats. It may have been the funniest movie I have ever seen.
  23. That's actually a really good point. I never really thought about that. The reason rappers get rich is because kids actually buy their cd's.
  24. Congratulations! I would suggest buying cigarettes and then returning them.
  25. I only did a little bit a TaeKwon-Do and made it to yellow belt (give or take a stripe or two). This was all when I was 6. My friend got his black belt when he was 8 years old. I know 2 other kids who got them at the ages of 14 and 12. It seems to me like although it really does depend on which dojo (?) you go, if you spend enough time and money at the place you're going to get that belt wether you deserve it or not. It seems to me like their needs to be some sort of set national standard.
