Ever had a real adventure?
I just got back from doing a program called Outward Bound which basically just sends kids into the wilderness with a few instructors. For 16 days I rode a boat along the coast of Maine stopping at different islands and learning how to sail/row. We spent most of the time on the boat although we made stops at different islands on the way.

What religion are you? (thx to Lionheart)
You scored as Buddhism. Your beliefs most closely resemble those of Buddhism. Do more research on Buddhism and possibly consider becoming Buddhist, if you are not already. In Buddhism, there are Four Noble Truths: (1) Life is suffering. (2) All suffering is caused by ignorance of the nature of reality and the craving, attachment, and grasping that result from such ignorance. (3) Suffering can be ended by overcoming ignorance and attachment. (4) The path to the suppression of suffering is the Noble Eightfold Path, which consists of right views, right intention, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right-mindedness, and right contemplation. These eight are usually divided into three categories that base the Buddhist faith: morality, wisdom, and samadhi, or concentration. In Buddhism, there is no hierarchy, nor caste system; the Buddha taught that one's spiritual worth is not based on birth. Buddhism 75% Paganism 71% agnosticism 71% atheism 58% Islam 50% Judaism 42% Satanism 42% Hinduism 38% Christianity 21% What? I think I'm just going to continue picking out the things I agree with in each religon and live my life that way.

Dream theater
I used to hang out with these kids who were all dream theater freaks and they were constantly pushing it on me. Pretty much the only song I like is Take the Time. All the others sort of bore me.

Question about muscle spams *charley horses*
Anybody ever get the ones where you're just sitting around and you twist your foot the wrong way? Most painful reoccurring experience of my life.

Anyone on here collect?
My dad passed on his collection of old comic books to me with about 100 archies, Betty and Veronica's, Jughead's, and even some little Archies. I also got the rest which is about 4-5 times that of Superman/ Whole bunch of other heros. Used to have a rock collection and a business card collection.

I Passed My Driver's Test!
You have to call each state because they each have their own laws. I had to do this once for a road trip.

I Passed My Driver's Test!
Nice job. I remember taking that test. I studied on the way to the DMV and missed 3 I think. The driving part was pretty easy (at least where I live).

how do u make those pictures under ur names wen u reply?
Pretty sure this is the wrong board but it cant hurt to help anyway. I actually spent an hour last night figuring out how to put in an avatar (which is what the little pictures are called). You pretty much need to find a picture (I used google images) thats 80 x 80 pixels. Go to your profile and upload the picture or just use the image location. I know there has to be an easier way though. Took me forever to find the right size.

Who ARE you?
I will admit that I try not to go mainstream sometimes. My reasoning for that is that mainstream is normally bad. I guess my laziness (I would call it being laid back but it's really just laziness) keeps me from following trends. According to my friends I "wear the same GD pair of pants every single day" (I have a bunch of shirts though and 2 not one pairs of sneakers), On the other hand I notice that when I hang out with different people my interests slightly change and I sometimes even take on some of their mannerisms. I'm starting to accept scene/emo kids for awhile now. The way I see it their feelings match up with the idols that they're following. Grunge to Nirvana and emo to My Chemical Romance. They like what they hear so I say it's acceptable to try and be like their heroes. I decided awhile back that I give a pardon for all middle schoolers (ages 11-14?) for all trying to be just like one another. At that age you pretty much just try and survive. Proximity=friendship.

The most offensive band...ever
I've always wanted to see the Blue Man Group. I went to Vegas once and they were doing a show but of course it was sold out.

Bands youve seen live
Only been to a few concerts. The Dead- pretty nice, not a huge fan but free tickets. Santana- same deal except the tickets were just discounted I really want to go to a concert of a band that I really like some day but not too many bands come to my area.

animal crossing
I played it at my friends house for a few minutes and thought it was pretty boring. On the other hand i'm sure that if I actually started from the beginning and did all of my own stuff it would be pretty cool. I did enjoy a game sort of like that Harvest Moon 64. I played that game religously till I ruined it with cheats from my gameshark.

What is YOUR area's poser outfit?
The pink shirt thing was at my school for some time. I just have a problem with pink shirts. I own a salmon colored shirt which is pushing it already.

Funniest Comedians
Oh God, Lewis Black and Carlos Mencia are terrible. All I've ever heard Carlos do is complain. He reminds me of Larry the Cable Guy.

Favorite Anime Series
I used to watch DBZ religously. I've seen about 2 episodes of FMA and it's pretty awsome. I'm going to ask my friend if he can let me borrow some seasons.

Scratch on Disk
Thanks everyone, I was a little nervous about the toothpaste thing so I just used some warm water. I really didn't know that it could actually get wet and still work.
-
Scratch on Disk
I've heard about that but I always thought it was a joke. Are you serious? If you are just how exactly do I do it. Scrub it with my toothbrush and water?

Scratch on Disk
Alright here's the situation. I just beat Kingdom Hearts (ps2) and was starting to watch the ending. All of a sudden it freezes and won't play anymore. I really don't feel like beating the boss again since it takes quite some time and I barely made it the first time. I tried cleaning the disk off and I got it to move slightly a bit foward. I'm think now my option are pretty much either find another Kingdom Hearts disk or just restart the ps2 and beat the boss over again. If anyone knows a good way to clean it that would be great. Any suggestions?

I just got my hair cut
He may have had to sign a contract stating that he would cut his hair if his employer asked him to. Also (I don't know where he works) if he works with customers, it looks more respectable to have a nice haircut. maybe... i wouldn't know i'm pretty sure it's illegal to get a job when your 14 lol, but seriously, don't you have to be 15 at least to get a job? I think the rules go like this- at 14-15 you can get a job but very limited hours (because I had one). You also have to get a special work permit. At 16 you can pretty much work as much as you want but alot of places won't let you do certain things.
