B) Presidents usually have low approval ratings in thier second term because they are more focused on getting things done instead of satisfying people in order to get re-elected. The thing with Barrows, its so easy to get that you really have no excuse to at least try to get a full set for yourself if you have the stats for it. Are you trying to say that the game should not evolve and we should just cut off armors at 60?

You guys are wierd. Some of you guys might need pyschiatric help after all the "go on GTA murder rampage" answers. I would make peace with God and my family and friends. Why should an armor at 60 defense be the best? The balance to the awesome stats of Barrows is the fact that they wear out and are very expensive to have repaired.

The drop party is conditional upon the fact that everyone who attends has to drop something they got at the original Slayer Tower event. I'd prefer if more than just the TET dropped the rare drops they got. I could bring 5 sets of full rune for an after party.... but alas, I'm not in the TET *"I;d prefer if more THAN just the TET dropped"* You don't have to be TET to drop, thats the point of the party :P. Last Slayer Invasion, I was not in TET but I ended up dropping over 400k in stuff.

No, not every event features a drop party. Really, this is not free st00f. Its just the TET dropping a few spare trinkets and the majority of it is player-led. IE, if nobody drops, nobody gets anything. The TET does host a few drop parties each year. The last one was at New Years.

Its my worst skill because I stopped growing Ranarrs when I got 45 herblore. However, now that it goes hand in hand with cooking, Im going to have to start off again. It's very profitable and very useful. People just complain because they can't buy it as fast as possible. It's a skill you actually have to work for.

The problem with a warrant is that you are required to inform the person of the search and seizure BEFORE you do it. I'm pretty sure if the CIA walked up to a terrorist and said "hey, just wanted to let you know we have this court order to spy on you" that the guy is not going to say anything incriminating afterwards. There are clauses in the Constitution that say that laws can be broken in extenuating circumstances. When the entire world is on edge dealing with a ticked off terrorist organization, it ups the ante a bit. If only James Bond was real...
