First of all, your meal choices. Either eat 5 small meals over the course of the day (small being like snack sized) that gives you your daily needs. Or, cut back on your 3 squares. Do not exceed 2500 calories intake in a day. Run for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week at least. If you want to tone arms and abs, crunches and pushups are the way to go. Start out by doing as many as you can. Use that as a benchmark and strive to add 5 to each number every day. Forty pound weights will not tone your arms, but they will build up muscle. Remember that gaining muscle will also gain you weight.

I hear a lot of people demanding for an immediate withdrawal from Iraq, but that will not solve anything. It's not like this was a Manuel Noriega situation where the US had a leader lined up who was popular enough to take over the country. Iraq is under trying times, in fact...they are going through the same situation the United States went through from 1783-1801. They are experiencing Democracy for the first time in thier lives, and there is really no pool of candidates to choose from. All of the candidates are an expiriment and it will take several years for them to form ideological opinions (ie, decide what party they will affiliate with...theres like 4-6 political parties in Iraq which complicates the matter). We can not pull out at this moment or else it WILL be another Vietnam. We have to keep a peacekeeping force there to make sure another Saddam-esque regime does not take over. Notice all the terrorist bombing raids on our soldiers? Our soldiers are not thier primary goals, the Iraqis allied with us are. I hope that if this matter has not been settled by 2008, the next President is as patient and wise about the matter as President Bush is. Disagree with me if you want, but he is handling the matter maturely. He feels for the losses of our troops just as you and I do. Those men and women out there in the field know what thier duty is, and they are holding themselves responsible to carry it out. So before you go bashing your military, realize that you are personally attacking the 130,000 men and women risking thier lives and making the sacrifices of 2200 others vain.

So in other words, go for it.

I dont mind a few low leveled quests coming out occasionally, but I agree with Forsaken. A really nice quest once a month with varying rewards based on levels would be nice. In addition, once in a blue moon, a very high levelled quest like Regicide, Legends, or Desert Treasure should be released only to the higher levelled players. I would like all updates to cease for one month and have all developmental personel to work on graphically updating the game. All of it. I want Yanille, Ardougne, Catherby, Seers, Falador, Varrock...every part of the game to look as nice as Lumbridge, Sarim, the Elven Lands, Port Phantasmys...etc. However long it takes I will wait for consistent graphics. I would like NPCs to be updated graphically, some made stronger. I was killing the King Black Dragon with Mummi, Oergg and Nathanich today for the first time...it looked awful compared to the Queen or the Three Kings. Moreover, I want a massive Wilderness Update. Make a boat that takes you farther north, more monsters to train on, more rewards and cities. Make it so worth it to be in the wilderness that there are at least 300-500 players there at any given time! Make more teleportation levers around the world for access to various parts of the wilderness. Make quests that start in safe-havens of the wild and take place completely in dangerous areas. Make safe-haven areas sporatically where one may rest for a few seconds...far from training spots and with no banks (mage arena will remain the only bank). Just make it worth my time and money to go to the Wilderness. Eastern Lands...I want them :). Increased macro detection. A comment ability for the report function. A clan list like the friends list. Tabbed bank pages (sections for amulets, food, armor, etc) More offensive prayers.

Yeah, I know I hate it in books when someone says "I will be back!" and never does. :roll: There are 3 current quest arcs: Plague City: Leads to Zamorak Digsite Series: Leads to Zaros Devious Minds series: Either Guthix or Saradomin This Enakrah's lament quest seems to give the impression that the Plague City and Digsite Series of quests will fuse together in the near future. So Philip, please act mature and not like yourself for once. This quest really IS a big deal and begins to tie up loose ends in other quests, including Hazeel Cult, The Ikov Temple, the Morytania Series, and others. So, think before you rant, mmkay?

Do not call Jack Thompson a Conservative, since that insults Conservatives everywhere. The man is horrible, he promised to give $10,000 to charity if someone made a game where you hunt down and kill video game executives and Gamestop workers, urinate on thier bodies, and hunt down and kill the family of Paula Eibner (the owner of Take Two Studios, who published GTA) A group of GTA modders made the game, and demanded the $10,000. Jack Thompson went forth to say that his proposal was merely a "satirical farce". Tell that to the orphans, Jack. The owners of Penny Arcade then wrote a check in Jack's name to a charity organization. My views on violent video games are simple. I dislike games like GTA and 25 to Life...but this guy is insane. His methods are attrocious and he has lost support from various conservative and Christian organizations like Focus on the Family.

I am pretty decent with a sword (what, I practice :P ). And my bow skills are not to shabby. I would probably be an archeaologist, though. I'm a history buff in real life, so that would work out. I guess I would be a range-melee hybrid.

After this quest, I would say Summoning is coming faster than POH's. You see in one of the cutscenes the Mahjarrat woman raising up a skeleton for a few seconds.

You are reading into it too much. They are plugging the Mage Training Arena and saying that you have been training your magic there, why not put it to use?

Y, but the cost goes up depending on how far you teleport. For example, from Lumbridge to Draynor would cost 500 gp. From Lumbridge to Yanille would cost 15k. Have a similar system in every city so those with low mage levels can get around (but still be at a disadvantage). Over time, this will be like 5000% more costly than normal teleports. Y, nothing wrong with this...would be handy on world 1 or 2 N, Way too much powertraining would occur, and autoers would dominate. NOOOOO!!! In fact, I believe Tutorial Island should be longer and have a separate members Island that covers skills like agility, fletching, farming, and others. It should also explain the rules more and give lessons on how to spot scams in trades as well as dealing with random events.
