I was just thinking to myself, when you get 99 in a skill, it says you are a master of that skill. Yet when I got 99 pray and couldn't use augury, I started to wonder "I'm a master of prayer, yet I can't use a lvl 74 pray?". This is where the discussion comes in, just like in magic with arena spells, you are a master of magic, yet you can't use simple arena spells without having to practice them 100 times inside the arena first? Suggestion: If you're 99 in a skill, you should be able to do everything in that skill. No need to unlock extra features like augury or arena spells. Note: This does NOT work for quest relating rewards ex. ancients, lunar, etc. This is excluding getting 99 dungeoneering. Feedback?

Now go actually do that in pvp and I'll rate it. Sorry, but anyone could really do that. Plus, the other guy was in welfare compared to you.

This is a silly thing to do. When on a clue, you have very little "valuable" items on you, well, generally. If you wait until you get to a "safezone" before opening the clue, you can get killed a long the way. Because the clue/casket is worthless, you will lose it. However if you open it first, and get something worth value, and then you die, you'll keep that item which from the clue which you would have lost otherwise There is also angel of death..

You post things like this and then expect people to respect what you have to say? Boggle. Okay, please show me how it did not stop weapons from passing on ships? I NEVER said it was right to do it for an economic purpose, all I said was that it still served a function. Yes, but this is not an honest or intelligent treatment of the issue. The entire point of bringing up the "economic welfare" aspect is to argue against the Israeli contention that the reason for the blockade was to block weapons. Even if weapons are also blocked, if that's not the primary purpose of the embargo, then the point is made. When you argue like this, you cause people to lose respect for your posts, because you are either playing games to avoid conceding a point, or you don't even understand what the argument is about. Elaborate.
