  1. this thread hurts me, as eye things are pretty much the only things that make me sick. (my eyes are watering while i'm posting this, and started when i read the title >< ) when we dissected a sheeps eye in 7th grade, i had to run out in the hall in order to not throw up, cause i was fine up until i started to cut it with the scalpel, then the aqueous (i think that the right humor anyway) kinda squirted out a little. kinda left me a bit haunted. weirdly i didn't have a problem with sheep brain, sheep or dog (i forget which) heart, or a frog. just the eye of the sheep. oh well. totally gross dude.
  2. bmi is 17 apparently. and i'm a smoker. i'll live to be like 57.5 apparently. i wasn't planning on being alive past 70 anyway. looks like i'll be out by the time i'm 60.
  3. he wasn't addressing lent with that last line, although it looks like it from the quoting. but it's not like the dude's gonna read this anyway, so he should have left it out regardless. am i the only one seeing his post as that way?
  4. oh snap, dlc. maybe i'll have to start playing this again to get the other 2 achievements at the endgame
  5. how the hell did this turn into america vs europe? take it somewhere else, seriously. that's just a stupid arguement. 3rkid, you're sounding like you hate europe just as much as you think they hate us. on topic: i hopped on today to play a bit, said damn a few times cause i like that word, and got back off, i'm not looking forward to my clan chat, or just using my mutestick in general. i have a feeling i'm gonna have to kick a lot more people nowadays from the chat too.
  6. lol, washington d.c. virginia. d.c = district of colombia, it's not it's own state, but it's not part of a state either.
  7. the article says when he ran away from the scene afterwards, he only took one thing. the game. nothing about the console.
  8. so... what was your bmi? and as long as you drink lots of milk, or get lots of calcium elsewhere, you'll be fine.
  9. lol, i'd probably get denied a kid cause my bmi is like 17? at one point i know i was at 16, i'm somewhere between 16.5 and 17.5. i've got a killer metabolism though. almost literally it seems.
  10. i played the first fate on my mom's laptop when i was visiting in 07. was addicting for a bit, then the free trial ran out and i never looked back.

i always preferred the lincoln's repeater, although .44 ammo was harder to come by. i liked watching the bullets enter enemies head, then they explode :P
  12. when i finally go insane enough to the point where i can't stand it anymore... or get a red phat. whichever comes first.
  13. nope, you're a cute hippie chick.
  14. honestly, i just sort of ignore it. granted i haven't experienced a death close to me since i was young. but i've also desensitized a lot since then. my grandpa's death hit me hard like 11 years ago, i just kinda let things pass and don't really show outward sadness. everyone has their own ways of dealing with it.
  15. damn. i liked the red too. :(
  16. why are people lying in this thread? what do you have to gain from lying here? funniest teacher i had was a chemistry teacher in 10th grade, he had just gotten his degree and whatnot, and just messed stuff up writing equations on the board and stuff. i corrected him 7 times in one class period (it was a long lunch period mind you) where he just put numbers in the wrong spot. he was genuinely a confused man, but as far as i'm aware he's gotten better, and is still teaching there. more power too him i guess, he was a cool guy, i just didn't like him as a teacher. some days he wouldn't care what we did either, so those days were great.
  17. woah, a granny on tif. who's the young man?

god the experimental mirv is so full of win. 8 mini nukes shot at a time lol. i got the achievement for killing all the behemoths with it. i only needed 2 more anyway. also finishing up a few of the last quests before i actually go and beat the game. 97 hours in so far. anyone know how many locations there are on the map? i think i've found 149 or 150 or something, which i think is all of them. it's disappointing cause there were so many more in oblivion, and that means i'll be running out of things to loot soon. edit: finally went through and did the last part of the game. went through all good that time. was pretty cool, but somewhat disappointing. and i stood at the end trying to remember the code for project purity. then i was like duh. and figured it out. time to do an evil one i guess for those achievements. then a neutral >.> honestly, does anyone else hate achievements like that? i certainly do. especially 3 achievements per good/evil/neutral. that's just annoying imo. oh, i think my final save was around 98 or 99 hours, lol.

i keep mininukes cause they are good for just exploding and having fun with. and they weigh nothing
  20. ah mod liono, my nemesis from our thundercats days. i expect good from this.

#1 get the perk that lets you find more ammo in containers #2 look everywhere, you'll find ammo containers in weird places, but all raider hideouts, and super mutant places seem to have 2-5 ammo boxes, or mine boxes, or grenade boxes. some mix of them. side tip: one of the best things you can do for money is store missles. they count as ammo so they weigh nothing, and i'm selling them for like 48 caps each. i don't use missle launchers, so they are useless to me. you'll find a lot more later in the game.

I think those gore bags are a lot like those flesh containers or whatever they were called in Oblivion. They were in the gates, and they usually contained potions, or spell scrolls, and maybe some gold, like a little treasure capsule. In Fallout 3, those are usually good to search, as they have caps in them, although the only possible loot I've seen so far from them were caps. It's definitely harder to make money in Fallout 3 than Oblivion, at least that's what I've noticed. caps are harder than gold in oblivion. but i have high strength and the perk that allows 50 lbs more loot. loot loot loot that's my advice. Karma is a joke in the vanilla version of the game anyhow. You can go from being the max good (1000 karma) to the max evil (-1000 karma) by killing 20 people. Then you can donate 2000 caps to a church (pocket change around 30 hours in) and go from max evil all the way back to max good. Blowing up Megaton nets -1000 karma, so you can go from max good to neutral or neutral to max evil by just doing that. How is 2000 caps ever pocket change? I thought there was no "easy" way of making money (unless you get infinite free stuff from the slaver in paradise falls) 2k caps is pocket change, loot as much as you can, and more than you can, then repair what you can, and sell ALL the ammo you don't need. i've got no less than 20k caps on me at any point now, and it's just going up. more ammo than i need, and guns are free to repair with since i find it in loot.
  23. [bleep] [bleep] [cabbage] [bleep] [racist term] [wagon] oh. those are already banned. hmm. something to make it harder to report stuff. how about this? news celebrity president people and (seriously) if
  24. MOUNTAIN MAN DAN UPDATE!
  25. So go feed the child in the bathroom and the dinner table is where your meant to get your food? I meant, do it discretely, somewhere, not at the table. So a mother should leave her husband and (possibly) other children to feed her youngest just because some random stranger is staring and making themselves feel uncomfortable? And, honestly, which is easier to ignore: a screaming baby or a breastfeeding mother? the answer to your first question is yes. it doesn't take that long, and i'm sure that the husband and kids would understand. people must not have any common courtesy about things anymore. everyone just cares about what they have to do, or what they want to do, and do it where they like, they don't care about what others think, or how others feel about it. it's just rude. breastfeeding is something that is needed, but it's not something everyone wants to see. i don't get why people don't take other people's opinions into effect.
