Well, you can use paint. If you want an ok one for a beginner. Or download/buy Photoshop and use tutorials to get started. Thats what I did and I make some decent sigs now.

Hmm, if it does come out I don't think that you'll be able to craft 3rd age armor. Why not scrap this whole idea of it being made into 3rd age armor? Just stick to White Dragons being a little lower then a KBD. Making it drop white d'hide with a req just below black d'hide. If they did make white d hide a higher req then black, then the KBD wouldnt be called the KBD anymore now would it? Or making them both even. KWD and the KBD. Have a choice between white or black d'hide. Prove yourself courageous with a KWD head and a KBD head. :-k

Try using a proxy site. Gives you the ip sometimes or takes you there directly. Try using http://www.toolforyou.net/proxy/ share it with you're friends. Don't worry, the site is safe. Should be anyways cause I use it alot at school and stuff.

Er, some more whining about some updates. The market hasn't crashed. It has merely fallen. The price of items will drop, some will go higher, but eventually it will all go back to normal. One of these days I'm gonna make a line graph to stop all this nonsense. #-o Clustering up the forums with foolishness I think. Most T.T. rewards are pointless anyways. I see no reason for a Magic Composite Bow to be 1M. But, then again, most new items are worthing millions when they should only be worth hundreds of thousands. :)

The normal login screen, seems more dark to me. Maybe thats just because I was looking at the most wonderful peice of bright colour and beauty. Bet that Hunter log-in screen could log you into the gates of greatness :P Or not?

Jagex created the Abyss for a reason. If you want the advantage of all the altars, you're not just going to get it easily as 123. You're going to have to pay a price. Risk being killed by players. It's in the wildy, you kill people in the wildy, thus, giving players the right to kill you. If you dont feel like getting killed, then dont use the Abbyss. So, no, it isnt alright to flame RC pkers. :P
