I really, dont think it will effect it either. People dont want to have to recharge a extra item just for a few runs. Although there will be a decent amount of users and non-users. I think this would mainly attract people who need the extra help while using the abyss.

+1 I dont think it has really ruined RS. I have yet to see a lvl 100+ PCer with the knowledge of a level 15. There are probably people like that out there though, but I cant see how you can get so high when it's pretty slow.
