You could try tuna.

It raises your stats at the end of the quest. If you're right next to it, it'll be 255 attack, strength, defense, ranged, magic, and hp. I was like a step or two away from it, and my stats were 253.

Haven't done much, just some slayer. I got 67 slayer, and I'm on my Duradel task of 130 hellhounds (90 to go) which will get me my slayer helm. I'm still unsure if I'm going to continue to slay my way to 65 summoning, or just do some dusty camping. After this task and wednesday's penguins, I should be somewhat close to 64 summoning.

It would help to know what cooking level you are, if you're f2p or p2p, and if you're p2p, if you have the Cooking Gauntlets or not.

You only need the boost to start WGS. I would know, I only had to boost to start it, and then never again throughout the quest. Really, even at the parts that used herblore? Wow I never had to get those extra two levels then.. Yep, really. I carried around a Greenman's Ale (m) and half of a Garden Pie so I could boost when I needed it, but I never used them.

Well every week I deposit 525k (750k + 525k = 1.275m), and when I sell what my workers collected, it's usually over 500k profit, and I don't keep my approval at 100%, I get it up to 100% before I collect, and then not again the next week, so it could actually be higher.

At least 750k in there. If you only did that, you'd have to refill it every day. I put in about 1.275m so then I only have to check it once a week. I have mine on 10 raw fish and 5 flax.

I just did that quest a couple days ago and sold for 3.7m.

Oh, you'd be suprised what three guys, one from the midwest, one from the east coast, and one from...singapore? Somewhere over there (sorry talonn!), can do! 70 mining, 2 reasons. 1) Mining is FTW! 2) Another 70 stat is FTW!
