They added the Offer X ability, it's semi-afkable as you can check the forums while you're sacrificing.

You need the 40 crafting. But if you can't "grind" up to level 40, I'm not sure if RS is the game for you, it's mostly grinding to get high levels.

I got 71 mining today. I'm still mining as I type (actually I'm standing by the rocks not mining, but you get the picture), but I won't level again tonight. EDIT: Oh yeah, 71 mining also got me 1700 total.

Ouch lol. I'm pretty good at patching myself up too, even when I don't have bandages around (I've learned to improvise). Keep going on mining!

:roll: Hahahaha very nice :thumbsup: Anyway Using the piscatoris method of mining iron ore (requires swan song quest by the way) will get you a decent amount of xp and profit, I am not sure about the rates, but I recommend this method and using the highest level Beast of Burden familiar you can in order to increase profits. Good luck! Not if you use the kyatt. I'm doing that now to raise my mining, and I get anywhere betweeen 28k-30k xp an hour, depending on my focus.

I got 70 mining (over 5k iron ore out of my 77k to 85). BIG NEWS!! I actually updated my first page! Yes, over 75 updates. It took me over an hour to scan through which ones I had and which I needed, then added them to photobucket, and then added them to my blog, and THEN some of them were a little jumbled so I had to organize a few...but it's done.

A good first 99 is a skill that you enjoy.

Yes, I carried around a Greenman's Ale (m) and a garden pie throughout the whole quest, and never used them besides to start the quest.

I'm not powermining, I'm banking the iron ore I'm mining, and then I'm going to bank the coal I'll mine. I'll use that (plus stealing creation hammers) to get to 95 smithing. After that, I'd need another 41k steel to make and smith, so I'd have to buy that (as I have a plan to get 99 mining and smithing on the same day, IF I can mine that much). I figured it to be around 850+ hours of mining/smithing/playing sc...so that's going to be a long road, but at least I'll have something to do. And thanks!

I got 4k iron ore and now I'm going to bed.

I started to mine to 85 mining. I started at 67, and it'll take a little over 77k iron ore. So far, I've mined over 3k (started today), so I think I can manage 85. If I think I can handle mining to 99, I'll start my mining and smithing to 99 quest.

How do you miss a screenshot for something that requires you to click something to go away...? If you cast another spell, it goes away. It's easy to get into a rhythm and go right past a level on accident. But grats on 73 magic, Tanis! Good luck on 99 mining! I, myself, have started my journey to 85 mining (and possibly 99 after that!), but I'm only level 68 right now, so I have a little ways left to go.

You can burn about 1k logs an hour, so that's 5-6k logs a day, which is about 11-13 days. That's staying focused though. From 59-75, I could never burn 1k an hour due to not having the focus. So I'd estimate between 3-4 weeks?

You didn't have to boost again for the farming and herb part.
