  1. I'd hide in a corner and wait for..umm...let's say.... Tigra to come and save me, he seems like a pretty safe bet with his Tae Kwon Do.
  2. Tigi Catwalk: Comfort food for hair or Sexed-up
  3. Sadly, yes I was
  4. Young people wont get the joke :P *Sigh* That was a sad day....across the nation, 14 year old girls were in floods of tears. On topic: I've never been paintballing but would love to try it. I'm trying to talk everyone at work into going for a team-buliding activity.
  5. Hmmm, you're leaving so soon after my joining....was it something I said? O:)
  6. But that's all part of who I am. It's irrelevant that there are other people with the same titles, there's still only one me. I am a woman. And I am content knowing that I enjoy life and therefore don't worry about unanswerable questions.
  7. 1. Who are you? I am me. I'm a daughter, an aunty, a sister, a grand-daughter, a cousin, a niece, a god-daughter, a friend, an enemy...etc. One day maybe I'll be a wife and a mother. 2. What are you doing here? I'm being me. 3. What is your purpose? To be here for whoever wants/needs me. To do all the things I do now. Nobody can replace me, as there is only one of me.

Yet you refer to children as
  10. Does anyone have a picture of a pile of crap? That's how I feel about myself right now. :(
  11. Are they made of plastic?
  12. Oh, for goodness sake! Did I say that people were 'unaware of sexual intercourse'? I am merely pointing out that there are children on this forum who don't need to hear of your exploits.
  13. Do you really think that's appropriate?
  14. Personally, I would say no. But, you know, each to their own.
  15. Because they know you'll do it for them. :D
  16. That is fantastic! Thank you so much! :D
  17. You didn't prove anything. You just said that homosexuality was right because people accept it (argumentum ad populum), and then therefore the Bible needs to change. You completely ignored Astra's point about the Pythagorean theorem... since you ignored that example I'll introduce another. Calculus is 300 years old. Man, that's outdated! We gotta get rid of every application of calculus! That's right along your logic lines, until you refute Astra's point. The quoted did nothing but repeat the point that Astra previously refuted. Calculus and Pythagoras have been proven. The Bible, by definition, is a collection of stories, some written long after the event, and cannot be proven. There is no comparison.
  18. Could you make me a new sig please (and matching avvy of some kind if possible)? "Suzi" top left, "...fallen angel" bottom right. With this pic if possible please: http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f316/ ... aroms5.jpg I usually like pink, but I don't know if it'd go too well with that pic. Maybe a light pink? I don't know, can I leave it up to you to decide on colours? Thanks :D
  19. Carlin, love thy neighbour. (If anyone needs to find me, I'll be in level seven of Dante's Inferno.)
  20. I was in work that day. As word spread, we all stopped what we were doing and watched the news. I began to wonder whether Canary Wharf would be the next target.
  21. He laughed at me before ruthlessly shattering my illusions. :(
  22. I used to get a wire coat hanger on the back of my legs. :( Ouch! When I misbehaved in school I wouldn't dare tell my parents when I got home, because I knew the punishment Mum would give me would be far worse than anything from school. Nowadays, when a child misbehaves at school, the school staff will attempt to discipline him/her by telling them off and possibly giving a detention when they see fit. The child will then go home and complain to their parents. Many of the parents will then go to the school to complain about the "mistreatment" of their child. And people wonder why the children of today are growing up thinking the world owes them a living.
  23. Until you've been in that position yourself, it's difficult to understand what goes through a person's mind in that kind of situation. When my home was on fire, all common sense immediately evacuated my body. :?
  24. * I'm only 5'0 tall * I trained as a beauty therapist before I entered my current line of work. * I have 3 cats: Lady Portia Meow-Loud, Sir Ronald Whiskerson and Lady Hermione Feline-Finch. * I love pink * I'm painfully shy
  25. I gave my 10th pint in November : Giving blood isn't the most comfortable experience, but I wouldn't say that it's painful. I just tend to keep talking and not look at what they're doing with the needle. I'm often surprised when it has been inserted without my realising.
