It would be easier to just leave things as they are. Removing Castle Wars, BH, etc. as well as all the quest buildings would take a lot of unnecessary effort. And what will they put there... I think an easier method would just be to disable them. Make people unable to enter castlewars, BH, clanwars, etc. Make it so people cant start any quest or continue it. Im sure they have a centralized system for questing so it can be that hard. With minigames? Its only a few and its just a few lines of coding to disable a minigame.

If you apply this logic to the ZGS, then, I should be able to freeze you with the combine time of ice barrage, blitz, burst, and rush. 20+15+10+5 = 50 seconds of freezing. You dont think the mage would be overpowered? Plus since it stacks, why not keep barraging, adding up 20 second freezes. Overpowered ftw? This would make the GS way overpowered, and not to mention you would have to treat all the binding spells the same and give them stacks, leading to one very big problem. I think your fine with re-freezing her, if everyone does it on cue, then it should simulate a 80 second freeze, but not all specing at once.

Well if part of the 17k bought as soon as you put up the 25k, then DUH its going to complete, because you it just happened that when you put it up the offer was going to go through anyway. As to why it split? Who knows, your not suppose to put offers on the same item, the limit could get funky.

uhm you really think people try to do anything at paypal for RUNESCAPE :roll: If one could hack paypal you would easily earn a lot more. But the main thing is: even if there's any fraud at paypall, it won't be JAGEX troubles anymore.. That's the reason why 3rd party things can help! Besides for the possibility to "recall payments": well this isn't that easy, and the one who gets the money "knows" when the recall isn't possible anymore. JAgex could just wait with giving membership during that period. Also if credit card fraud is "so easy": why do other companies don't have troubles with it? You really have no idea of business accounting do you? Paypal have the right to close a business account due to fraudulent transations. Paypal charges fees for business use. And other companies DO have trouble with credit fraud. This isnt the point. RWT is much more vast in RS. For the cost it takes to make 1 bot account in WoW, you can make 3 in RS. Larger army, larger profit. The game was being overrun with them.

Runescape is the only free MMO that I know of that there is heavy RWT. You cant compare WoW and RS in terms of bot amounts.

Oops, I'll fix that in a second. It's not hacking btw, that word is used way too loosely. All I did was deob and refactor the client, than play with it by sending packets and editing things. If I log in with it I get banned within a week most of the time, I learn things and nobody gets hurt. iirc whether somebody has an attack option is based on area, and the way it's done means a lot of things would have to be redone to be able to make specific people attackable and others not, and making the attackable person unique to everyone. It's the same reason why all wielded items have operate when you right click them even if they don't do anything, the client doesn't support having specific items have operate. It's also why you can't right click a ring and select a destination, because the client only supports a certain amount of options when you right click. It sounds much less complicated than it is to fix, just because of how the game works. If I hadn't looked in the client I would have thought these things were possible. I think your breaking both rules. And if you care to contact me outside of Tip.It Ill tell you what I know.

Support. If they added the run button to the run icon on the world map, then Im sure they would consider this.

I could be wrong because I haven't played with the client in a while, but I'm pretty sure that's impossible because of how the game works. How can you quote me for that when I didnt write it? And played with the client? You admit to hacking their software? Its very possible. If they can write a way to make it sort it by level, they can make it unsort it. If that made any sense.

I thought that this meant it would work for firefox 3 I have 3.0.1 - and, despite your little trick to get it to work, still doesnt work. What isn't working? Are you having the same problem as laura and warrior? The screen area becomes white, and the java logo pops up, with the little loading bar - except it never loads, and it never came up before. It just hangs while loading the applet. Disable it, restart firefox, then reenable it. Problem solved. You dont understand, I DID do that, thats what I meant by 'your little trick' and it still does not work. [/hide] Delete the addon completely -> redownload and install -> report back. Treat computer programs like a wireless router, if they start acting up on you "unplug" them and "plug" them back in. Iv done that. Whats worked for me so far is the disable, refresh, enable, refresh trick. But, eh, I just dont like it. Sometimes the tabs get stuck open, and start flashing in and out of the applet periodically. Sometimes it adds scrollbars that dont need to be there. But, for those who want to use it, go for it. Id look into removing the jagex toolbar too.
