People who do not understand what it takes to create an update
Nah, remember Stealing Creation? The game couldn't even START. Explain how this was minigame was bug tested. Anyways, I think your time line is correct, but the time it takes for Runescape to update really isin't that magnificent. Sure they did update things to allow for more complex scripting (Nomad and Dungeoneering Bosses) , its still extremely basic compared to other games. If you look at the fundaments of a skill, say, Dungeoneering, all they did was make some static rooms, add preexisting monsters, and add some cookie cutter items. The bosses had some unique twist to them, but even that was extremely basic. The events were new, but very simple. Compared to other MMORPGs, this new "advancement" would be laughable. Also compare the amount of people working on a single project. 99% of Jagex is working on updates. For bans, its just a computer looking for keywords, or, in some cases, automatic accept/declines. Customer service is there, but rarely does anything. Aside from that, I can't think of anything Jagex needs to do.

Slayer - Why do you like it?
I think most people find that while training Slayer, they are accomplishing something. Once you hit 90+ stats, its going to take a while to get a single level. If your mindlessly grinding a few thousand monsters, it'll bore you. Slayer allows you to see more level ups, and loot. While the loot isin't good, its refreshing to see a nice drop once in a while.

All in 6hours :)
Normally I won't bother but... Why isin't his opinion valid? Why can you harass another replier but pull this card for yourself? You said it yourself, this is a rate forum. I find it so hypocritical that your accusing me of doing exactly what you yourself did. Btw, I forgot to rate. 4/10 for cash, 9/10 for effort. Also, how many steps did these take?

F2p range/2h or str pure
You have to go Range/2h. OR else you would have wasted far too many stats. At low lvl PKing, EVERY level matters. Being 2-3 Lvls higher then necessary is pretty big of a deal
-
Any way to pk with my main?
Tbh no. I mean, sure, you can range tank or try to be a barrows pure or whatnot, but a pure your level will destroy you. Essentially, you are too balanced. You can't possibly use your magic, range, and melee together at this point. If you do try PKing, don't even try to attack pures, they will easily have relevant stats 10-15 higher then yours.

All in 6hours :)
Appreciate what he had gotten you low life idiot. I'm not going to bother coming back at your insults. I'm not bothering to scoop to your level. It's not worth my time. To scoop to his level? aside from that why even bother posting to this thread on the OP's post if your going to do a rude reply. Trolling much? we want this forum to be a friendly forum. Your not making this friendlier at all. To the OP congrats on the Treasure! Ironic how your trolling him. Grats, good for 6 hours of clues, but nothing impressive.

Should Jagex start beta testing with players?
I think beta should be available to everyone. Lets face it: Every update has had some kind of bug associated with it. There are always gameplay flaws in all updates. Many updates simply indicate Jagex is losing touch with the playerbase. Updates will happen, and everyone will be able to play; Jagex needs to STOP the whole "surprise!" theme and mature into the "here is the BEST we could do"

Complete Slayer Guide
Very nice read. Maybe add the weapon icons to Kuradal tasks too for people who don't like a wall of text. The only thing I disagree with is using controlled to train. Experience/hour is more or less quadratic; you'll get more exp if you train your strength and attack up first before defense. Defense does not help as much when training because you shouldn't be taking intense hits anyways.

Longsword Versus Scimitar
Whatever. You hold onto your beliefs and I'll do the same.

Longsword Versus Scimitar
-facepalm- I'd like to see you try and kill waterfiends or corp with a whip. Its the same concept bro. If you have high enough attack, it is defiantly viable. I get, at the very least the same amount of kills per hour with Whip. With corp, this is probably different, but he was talking about Dungeoneering. The little waterfiends and dinosaurs are not on the scale of the Corp beast. /facepalm is right... Also, lets not forget that this is Longsword Vs Scim. Not Fractite Longsword Vs Rapier, not whip vs XX, and not Dragon Longsword Vs Bronze Scim.
-
Longsword Versus Scimitar
So your entire arguement is that "Everyone uses weapon XX, not rapiers" I'm not going to bother. Wasting my time. Styles do not matter much, even less so when the theoretical DPS is SO much less.

Firemaking Useless
I just hate how FM is getting "revived" through a "skill"

Runescape forums.
The irony... I think people should, use proper ingrish, and at the very least, THINK before they post. Thank you

Longsword Versus Scimitar
You do realise Duneoneering is the SAME as the surface world combat wise? There is no way to justify sacrificing damage for one hit. Also, you seem to think there is a massive difference between the accuracies of the weapons.
-
Longsword Versus Scimitar
Wrong about accuracy and strength. Accuracy almost means nothing, the difference between the weapons are too small to notice. Strength is nice, but a small change like +1-5 won't increase you max hit. Speed is vital. I hit twice when you hit once. That is a significant bonus, FAR outweighing any gains from accuracy and strength. I personally use a Rapier. It is far more effective then anyone I've seen using a Battleaxe or such. Granted they can hit 10-40 higher, I do more DPS
-
Longsword Versus Scimitar
So much errors in this... 1. You can't compare weapons to that of another tier. Your pretty much comparing a Dragon Dagger to a Bronze Scim. 2. Your comparing accuracy. Weapon speed and strength is the primary source of DPS from a weapon. 3. Not sure if you can get enough tokens to support losing one of those 100k token weapons. 4. Failure in general.

Constitution Update
Are players always fighting with lower levelled monsters? They only do so when training. You have the advantage when you're taking on bosses/higher levelled players. Unless you're near level 126, that is. But no update can cater to everyone, so you'll have to live with it. Lower levelled players benefit greatly, and Jagex is a profit-seeking organisation after all, and there are many more lower levelled players. Since when did I talk about invincibility? I merely said the update allowed new updates to be released to the system. For example reducing maximum life points, raising your max life points, etc. Those just add new twists to the combat system. How the hell would they even come close to making players infallible? Jagex wanted to make it easier for lower levels to train. Also, since some people have been claiming it does not increase your hits at higher levels at all, then either both points are neutralised or both stand, since higher levelled people also train on high levelled monsters. RuneScape uses a RNG. Yes, and so? It generates numbers like 1.1, 2.3, etc too, doesn't it? It will be more accurate than a RNG that rounds off the hits to 1 and 2 respectively.. So the only reason Jagex is doing this is to make more money. Ok. I'll live with that. Although players are not invincible, I said that you get more time to react. That means more time to eat, more time to teleport, and more time to move/pray. Raising maximum HP is, you guessed it(I surely hope so), raising the level cap. Draining HP? Sure sounds like damage to me. Its just a excuse to raise the level cap. They can't just take away the skillcapes of the people who already have them. I suspect there will be "True Skill Mastery" capes soon, not just for Dungeoneering. Also, your third point is simply incorrect, higher levelled players do not train on higher levelled monsters. Everyone trains on what hits low on you, and has high HP. The only reason higher levelled players "move up" is that they can 1-2 hit monsters. High levels can already hit these monsters plenty well. This simply helps lower level'd players hit harder on higher leveled things. There is no linear relationship comparing your level and the monster you fight. For training, it is somewhat linear, but stops for players around 80-90. More accuate=More hits.

Constitution Update
Since when did I say that I don't play the game? I merely pointed out the irony that your arguments are more incoherent than mine even though you claim to have more experience. The irony is that you even realized yourself the failure on Jagex's part. You can't bring yourself to answer my post because there is no answer.

Pick your own slayer task.
It sounds nice...but goes against the skill... The whole point is to waste time killing some odd creature. New Skill: Killing You pick something to kill, then go kill it. O wait...

Firecape V.S Skill Capes (t)
No, it just means you no-lifed for 20-30 hours. Getting a 99=No-life Firecape=Skill

Longsword Versus Scimitar
Actually, with special the longsword STILL has less DPS then the Scim. With armor on or off, scim has the advantage. With armour, D long is worse due to a higher chance of missing.
-
Longsword Versus Scimitar
Btw, I just wanted to point out the flaws in this post. 1. It doesn't look like you've set controls for this experiment. 2. Looks kinda made up. There is absolutely no way Scim would fall behind by so much. Scim should be more then triple what it was stated to be. 3. The weapon speed must be multiplied by the max hit to get the theoretical DPS. Scim, in all cases has more then the Battleaxe, 4. Remember, since Runescape runs with a random number generator, a miss or lower hit with the battleaxe will affect your DPS significantly due to it's lower amounts of hits. Think of it as holding all of your eggs in one basket. And by speed, Dagger=Scim=Shortsword>Longsword>Battleaxe Multiply by stats to get theoretical DPS Scim>Longsword>Shortsword>Battleaxe>Dagger
