It speeds up once you have the right quests done, max stats, and know what you are doing. For example if you take a bit of time and do the quest to access mutated bloodvelds that helps alot. You dont have to fight the noobs in the tower and you can cannon them for insane exp. Just keep training slayer, it speeds up a bit. Make sure you block steel dragons, they are a bad task.

They could maby take away the price graphs, but they wont. But the GE in its current incarnation was MADE for that type of merchanting. There is no way they can stop it without totally redoing it. People were already developing them when the GE first came out, they all scraped them when the web interface was implemented. Jagax created all these problems themselves. They know this. If you are worried about the item you are considering is going to drop in price its a pretty good indication you cant afford to buy that item. You guys wouldn't worry about buying a torags plate body would you? Because that's more in your comfort range. If you had a bank roll of 200m then these items you are talking about you wouldn't even bat an eye at getting. Just keep doing what you are doing and eventually your bank roll will reach a point that you can afford these items.

Thats the right idea to deal with the current high damage weapons with an armour solution. They need %damage redux armour more common now. You would have to be crazy (like spank my [wagon] with a slice of ham crazy) to take one of those new shields into a pvp situation. or just really rich and drunk... i do hope that they do something like that, or increase the hp cap. even 120 would be good. But with the current leveling curve you would need like 130m exp to hit 120 hits. I think it works out to 126 is 200m exp. Thats an INSANE number for a stat like hits. Even if they did raise the cap to 126 like only a handful of people can take advantage of it, thus it wouldn't make much of a difference.

Godswords are a toy for the rich. Its clear that you cant afford one so dont even bother. If by some freak of nature you ran into the 64m you need to get a AGS you would be a total fool-noob to buy one. 64 Million could buy you 92 prayer, and that would do you ALOT more then an AGS at this point in your RS career. Even if you did get 64m and bought one now, we would just have to deal with your noob posts "why is ags going down in price do you think it will go back up". Just like every other noobsauce that cant afford the toy he bought. You cant afford one, dont get it. They are useless anyway. Hope this helps.

I went members at combat level 10 because there were to many people in the goblin hut. Go members as soon as you can, it makes the lower levels SO much faster and easier. On a members world the noob spots are all free, there is no competition.

At some point they are going to have to raise the level cap. 99 hits is just to low. As for equipment they can do alot. One thing i would like to see is weapons we can level. For example you can make your DScim a +dragon scim. The more dragons you slay with it the bigger the bonus against dragons i gets. Like how the more black knights you slay the more rep you get with the white knights. Having a level +99 to dragons Dscim would be cool. You could do the same with amour. They could also add sockets to armour and weapons (making them un tradeable as to not mess up the GE and making the stuff to put in the sockets so expensive that no one would use them in PvP). What i really think they should do is at least make a one hand sword with a kick [wagon] graphic that is the same speed and bonus as a whip. Everyone is so sick of whips. Another thing i would like to see that is a feature of alot of korean mmos is breakable upgrades. Say you have 99 smithing, you can upgrade armour, say a guthans plate, with no risk up to +4. Every level after +4 there is a chance that the armour will break and be gone forever. Also, every level past +4 there is a greater and greater chance that the amour will break. So by the time you end up with a +10 you have broken hundreds of guthans amours making that +10 worth a fortune and also taking all the other guthans plates out of the game. Making the remainder guthans plates worth more and giving new players a new cash stream doing barrows again. There needs to me more mechanisms to take items out of the game. They will never impliment such a hardcore feature such as this because this game is catered twards mid level noobs, AKA young kids that have no balls. I could go on forever, i have like 10 years experience playing online MMORPGS, i have hundreds of ideas to make this game better, but the target audience would never go for it so ill stop now. I still love this game though, of all the MMOS this one works best for me at this time in my life.

Dont come down on me for formulating an opinion on the entirety of your post. There is no way in hell i was going to read 10-15 pages in. 287 This is for the OP. You are going to take this the wrong way so ill go ahead and say it anyway. You have runescape ADHD. if you look at your stats, any skill that requires any patience or is slow to level is a low level. I respect the way you play the game though, i always do the math as well. Its an unwritten skill that so many runescape players lack these days. I bet if you ever get around to training some of those skills you will inevitably find the fastest way to train them. And in this situation you have done just that, you have found the best way to train combat. If you progress further in runescape, and you will, you have already broken the 2k total mark so you do play alot and have commited alot of time to this already. You will reach a point where you will have to train slayer. And im willing to bet if you talk to alot of people that have trained slayer to 99 they will all tell you "it was ALOT more fun training slayer when i was getting combat levels, once i maxed out a huge chunk of the fun was gone". You have to train combat. All skills need to be trained. Maxing out is the final runescape win. You might as well train them all at once.

Im telling you the only way you are going to get it to work is to tunnel through their firewall webfilter thing. What i said above is what we had to do to get runescape to work at my school. They just get a file with websites to block, its constantly being updated by a third party so anytime you find a webproxy it will just be blocked in a few days. Read about tunnels and proxys. If you want to get it to work bad enough you can make it happen, the only thing holding you back is yourself. Addicts can always find drugs, runescape addicts can always play runescape. My good friend is only few weeks away from mastering breaking WEP encryption so he can use the wireless network at his school. Its all a matter of motivation. Doing stuff like this has a steep learning curve. However, once you get over the hump the knowledge and skills you get can be applied anywhere.

Why cant you use a proxy are you locked out of the internet options on your web browser? This is what you will end up having to do. Dont even bother if you dont have the patience to read an learn. You will need to set up a proxy at your home connection Forward the ssh ports on your router to your comp (the proxy one) make sure your home comp is listening on the ssh ports. Download putty and install it on the comp you have at school. If you cant install anything download putty portable from portableapps.com When you are at school open a putty tunnel to your proxy server. Modify the internet options to use the putty tunnel for the connection its in proxy options. If they have the browser locked download firefox portable from the site mentioned above. Presto you are on runescape. There are alot of smaller steps but that should be enough to get you started on the research you need to do to set all that up. I might have missed a step somewhere its been ages since i did anything IT.

Well seeing as how they are supose to be rare and i got 3, 2 from black dragons and 1 from an abby demon, i would say i am unlucky. I would have rather had 2 visages and a whip. Runescape ripped me off today. I wonder, if i would have not been wearing a wealth would they have been visages and whips?
