Anyone notice an increase in the drop rate of the dmid helm? i have gotten 3 today wtf.

Just train slayer, you will get charms, cash and combat levels. And some slayer levels as a bonus.

Im really glad they changed that logout timer. That timer made me all neurotic, i would always be moving my mouse around, even if i wasn't playing runescape. That timer actually did some damage to my brain.

It dosent even have to drop something amazing, maby just be a good source of charms or herbs. They really need a new slayer monster 90+. Training that skill after you max out your combat stats is painful. The only thing that keeps me going is the charms. Slayer is the best skill though. To train it well you need quests and lots of difrent gear. That one skill opened up the whole game. I only wish i could have gotten all the charms i dident get leveling slayer 1-92.

I just know they are going to update mining to be more in line with fishing and woodcutting. I refuse to touch that skill untill they update it. I feel bad for the current 99 miners because thats the cape i have the most respect for. You have to hate yourself to max mining in its current state. I hope they do something with agility, add a few good shortcuts, anything, something please. They need more options to take stuff out of the game. Maby if you have high smithing you can upgrade armour but it has a chance to break the better it gets. I would love to see a real slayer monster, you know a really killer one. Level 95 required, hits like a truck, need a team. Drops something cool, maby a one hand sword with a sick graphic same stats as a whip. Instanced group dungons would be wicked. Not sure if the current code for the game can handel it, i dont work at jagax. But some instanced content, need a team with a big boss at the end, have to clear to it, type of dungon. And for the love of god an ingame mail system would rock. Will never happen though, the chat filter in this game already makes me want to bite the head off a kitten.

I have heaps of cash, i have tried almost every armour/weapon in the game (havent had one of them new fancy shields yet) and i have yet to find anything that is worth spending more then the cost of some cheap barrows. I just use Torags chest and legs, whip and a defender. The uber expensive gear is just for show, its nowhere near worth the money. Full bandos and a godsword is like 40m these days, more if you get one of the better godswords. You could buy 92 prayer with that cash and that will actually add some utility to your character. Barrows and a whip is where its at.

Every time i get a task of irons there is always at least 3 noobs there in red dragonhide armour, level 60 something range, with a bone xbow. Its funny because it takes them like 400 years to make a kill. I always offer some sugestions for better leveling spots for them to train at. Most of them just call me noob. i will never understand why anyone would level combat at bandits, thats just noobstyle aswell.

Godswords are way overrated. You are better off with the prayer levels. Sell the sword. 99 prayer was worth every cent.

Firemaking is one of thoes skills you have to hate yourself to get 99 in. Like mining. I have nothing but respect for a firemaking cape. I have the patience to get 99 agility and i cant get past 62 firemaking. Kudos to you, im not a noob and i dont think firemaking is a noob cape.

It has been in my experience that when someone says something in this game like "time is money" its inevitably some noob in shilo fishing or a noob at barbarian village chopping willows. Its funny because these lazy time is money people never take the time to do the math or look at the big picture. There was a guy in the tipit cc one day back when i was a noob, he brought an interesting point up that changed the way i play. His thesis was "play smart not hard". Basicly what he meant was, do the math, think it through and look at the big picture. Basically what i took from this was. 1: Some skills in this game make money and some skills cost money. 2: If you are training a skill in this game that is already 99 you are wasting time. 3: You only have 13m exp in a skill before you are pretty much done with it. 4: You have to make money on the money making skills to pay for the money costing skills. So basically if you try and save time by making cash to pay for the fast way to level skills you end up "using up" all of your money making skills and end up wasting time in the end. I always say this to the noobs in shilo. "do you want a fishing cape or do you want a fishing cape and a good sword, or level 92 prayer".

Taking time to accumulate the junk defeats the purpose of using junk. You could have been making cash instead of getting junk.

Thats easy, thems are some noob stats. We need a few hard quests.

Why bandos armour? Just use barrows.

Im going to max herb in a few min, where do i get the cape? The site says the guthix alter north of taverly but where is that.

You really have to look at their stats to make any sort of conclusion. Someone who only has 30m banked with 2100 total BUT also has 99 prayer, herb and construction? They might have had more total cash then someone who has 200m baked at the same total level. Also, someone could have max combat stats but only 50 slayer, they would have made less then someone who has max combat and 99 slayer. There are to many variables to calculate the numbers you are talking about.

Your one little noob trip to avians is hardly a large enough sample size to come to the conclusion that they augmented the drop rate. Enough with "the sky is falling" post.

When you consider that the cash you get from the monks can be used to buy exp in another skill i would say that shilo is SLOWER exp, when you consider total exp.

If i were wrongfully banned (because that's what this is all about right) i would become a member and contribute to the cheating community. I would use scripts and bots to level and cheat in this game.

Just join a good clan and get yourself a headset. Make sure you have chat turned off in game and do all your asshattery on vent. Any clan worth its salt will have a vent server.
