I think that a book store would be in order, as x_Mindless_x. Perhaps say you have to have been playing for X amount of time to have books available in a book store. Books, of course would be cheap - maybe give authors the ability to put their books into catagories. Users can browse the catagories, looking at titles. Users could also do searches on keywords. Another idea would be to have people at JAGeX validate and catagorize books. Books are sold to stores for no money, but the player recieves royalties for every book sold, and can pick up their royalties at the store.

I missed party hats, masks, santas, pumpkins, easter eggs, [Caution: Jagex Rule Violation]s, and bunny ears. I was around back then, buuut my dad wouldn't let me participate. And as a result, on my level 79 account, no one belives I played classic. Because, of course, as a level 98, they'd know that no level 79 ever played classic. I want these capes to counter that kind of situation.

You need to do more research, too. the game was ment for little mentally challenged kids to play in a world were confusion is limited.... also known as a "happy place" so we dont need a whole buncha new items and mage sacks or whatever. Besides that being incredibly offensive, RS is not just for mentall ill children. I'm not mentally ill, nor am I a child; that goes for at least half to 75% of the players. If it was meant for ill people, it would have failed. Horribly.
