There are also artists who dont have enough time to start and maintain a shop, but they make 1 or more signatures and give those away in a separated topic. Depending on what the artist asks, you have a chance on getting it. Idk but I get my eps from Reality Lapse and they recently said they were starting their own fansub and there is a TBS logo in the top of the eps.

I am F2P, and i hafta say yes. It's going, hasn't fully gone yet. It's mostly because of the influx of players comming from Miniclip but they are equally bad P2P'ers but thats another thing.
