The only 'daily' routine I have is in the morning. I wake up at 6, grab my robe, take a shower, get dressed, brush my teeth, go to school. That is about it.

Cooking has the most 99s. But you should go for 99 cooking. It's a lot quicker. Less work than fletching too.

Well for the capitol building, you have to keep grinding along the side of the building. There's a challenge that you have to do that. You will end up on the top. I have it for PS2 just to let you know. I'm not sure how different it is but that may be able to help you. BTW, what rank are you in career mode?
