From my experience at Nex with a 7-9 man team. The Blood Siphon phase was the most frustrating thing and took nearly 75% of my supplies. We killed the Blood Reavers as soon as they popped up, but she kept summoning them back up maybe 10+ times. It was only until we left the Reavers alive that we got her health low enough to kill Crudor(SP?). This could just be coincidence that we were focusing our attack on Nex instead of the reavers that our DPS caught up with her healing. Can anyone confirm if Nex summons more blood reavers if the first two don't get killed? Or rather, can anyone confirm that she will still heal if both reavers are kept alive during the fight?

The antagonist is definitely a Mahjarrat if you have seen the new concept art for them you would agree with me (not sure where I saw the concept art exactly, but I know I did see it somewhere..) .

If you listen carefully, it's actually both female and male voices synced together and manipulated with a vocal synthesizer. At least that's what I truly believe. I have my doubts that it's Zaros' behind the door purely do to how the lore is currently set up, perhaps it would make more sense for JaGex to introduce one of the Elder Gods into the game, but I couldn't explain why an Elder God would want revenge.

My predictions for this coming month (in no particular order): Vampyre Quest Graphical update on a lot of animations due to the new Z-Buffer Halloween Holiday Event Some new mini-game possibly assuming there won't be a no update week.

Court Cases - Alright I guess, the last ones were a bit bland so I hope these ones are a lot better. Though, 14 days between cases is a big excessive (maybe a week?). Elite Diaries - Anticipated for awhile now so I'm glad it's finally coming out soon. Z-Buffering - Interesting update especially with the possibility to do "multiplayer" emotes, would definitely improve the game from a graphic view point. New Quest - Not particularly interested in it, but I suppose it would be nice for F2Pers and new players.

I'm not sure if many people are aware of this, but people placed on your ignore list are able to track your world when you're private chat is set to 'on' (however, I am not aware if any changes were made). This is one of few reasons why I keep it on 'friends'.

If you plan on just using melee, you will almost need full Verac's armor. This is because NPCs during the quest use protection prayers. So it's either use Verac's Armor or use at least 2 different attack styles (ie: melee & range).

That is true as well, but although they have a high max hit, they aren't guaranteed to hit high everytime I would imagine. If I decided to bring my imbued rings instead, it would increase my chance of dying for slightly better bonuses that I don't necessarily need. However, I will still consider this. Try Dragonstone Ring (i), almost good as Onyx Ring (i), helps with all three areas of combat and defense, and only costs a max of 60k. Seems like a decent alternative; however, my main concern was that the Ring of Life can potentially save me from a death (ie: connection loss or a drastic mistake) which would result in me saving components of my Full Slayer Helm, Staff of Light, and other items. Although a Dragonstone Ring (i) is cheap, it puts me at a greater risk to lose other items for 5+ bonuses. This could be an issue of confidence for me since I haven't got a good grasp of solo tribriding yet, so I will consider this suggestion once I get more comfortable with tribriding. Thank you for the recommendation.

That is correct if you want to save your supplies; however, I tend to tank Rex after killing Prime and head straight for Supreme. It seemed quite a hassle to take prime to low life points each time and I'm quite the impatient type. :rolleyes:

It happens the moment you step down that ladder (usually) and there is a high chance of it happening regularly unless you cautiously take one king to low life points as you kill another king.

Well, it's easy to a point, but more difficult than every other method to kill Dagannoth Kings. I considered using the Balmung, but I was thinking the benefit of defense from the DFS would outweigh the need for it while soloing. Ah right, forgot to include those. #-o I will be bringing fire surges and I will be editing my inventory picture to incorporate the runes. Thanks for pointing that out.

Hello, I currently have a Dagannoth task and plan to do tribrid soloing for the task. I have done solo tribiding on a couple of occasions and I have a gear and inventory set up that I will be using; however, I would like some constructive criticism to make it more efficient. Here is the gear and inventory I plan to use: (I have an amulet of fury and a berserker ring(i) but I am unsure if it is worth the risk) And here is my Pack Yak's inventory: All criticism is welcome, thank you.

This is wrong. I have tested this myself on Gargoyles earlier; you still need a rock hammer in your inventory in order to deal the killing blow.

I can confirm that you do NOT build the statue in your POH with the stones given while skilling. Only the replicas may be added to it. So yeah, you need to make the statue about 30 times to complete it (as far as I know... might be more after you do). But hey, this is a distraction and diversion, surely it shouldn't be something completed in a single day, right?

Here's my list so far: Fishing: Got both from catching monkfish. Smithing: Smelted steel bars for both of them. Crafting: Made emerald rings and sapphire necklaces for both. Firemaking: Lit maples logs for both. Thieving: Pickpocketed master farmers for both. Construction: sat near the portal and waited for a respawn, got both. Fletching: Made unstrung yew longbows for both. Cooking: Cooked rocktails in rogue's den for both. Farming: Got one from an herb run. Runecrafting: Crafted blood runes (crafted one pure essence at a time method) That's all I have so far, will edit once I get some more.

My money is on Elemental Workshop III. It's the only hint left from the last Chaos Element's Suitcase. Also, the essence of life can refer to the "Body" and "Mind" doors from the Elemental Workshop II. As far as what they mean by variety, I'm clueless.

Concerning the first article about the Gods, I have reason to believe our character may end up becoming a Zarosian follower (if not already). Although we have not helped Zaros in the past, we are now assisting Zarosian Mahjarrat return Zaros back to Gielinor. If that doesn't clearly determine which god our characters are sided with, I don't know what will.

The elite tasks won't require much "skill". After all, every diary difficulty seems to be completely based on how high your skill levels are and how many quests you have completed. This is why I think TzTok-Jad and the Dagganoth Kings will not be included in the tasks (more so with Dagganoth Kings as it would take hours on end to get a single kill within the first week of release).
