It really depends on what you think makes someone an adult; You could become an adult at whatever age you are when you mature and have enough intelligence to make rational decisions, or when you are *ahem* sexually mature, IE: 13-14+, or when your body has stopped growing, and you are stable, around 18-22, or maybe even after you have done some sort of ritual test to determine if you are an adult.

Large amounts of intelligent people playing Runescape? Since when? (Yes, I am intelligent, I'm in 9th grade, and I typically score at the level of college sophmores on the tests that really count, I took the ACT as a practice in 5th grade, and scored better than somewhere between 85-98%[don't remember, lol...] of 8th graders.. There, that'll keep people from flaming me..lol...) But as for regular (home)work, I put it off until the class before it's due, thats why I don't have a 4.0 gpa... :P

*sighs*... Even if you still play Runescape if/when they come out with rune+ dragons, it won't really matter, and Dragon Dragon sounds really...stupid. Not to mention the fact that it would probably be level 800 or so.. I'm also kinda wondering how a Barrows Dragon would work; would it have to pay Bob a few billion gp every 15 hours of combat? Just don't post this on the RSOF, there'll be a mob shouting about dragon platebodys... Either way, it'd be interesting to see what sort of gimmick they would use to introduce the rune+ dragons.. It just seems like they've just about run out of monster ideas. :?

Lvl 126s win. Even if some lvl 3 hit through 99 def, the 1 dmg would have healed by the time one of them hit again... A fairly even match would be a 126 with nothing vs 1999 lvl 3s with full iron.
