If you have the money, go with a Saradomin Sword. It can train all 3 at the speed of a whip and from personal experience, I dunno if it varies, Is much more consistent in actually doing damage. aka more accurate. if not, D scimmy for Strength and Whip for Atk/Def

so long as it doesn't cost a ton, sure. I personally want to try it but there's 3 factors. 1) The only people I actually see with it are 16 year olds, I'm not asking a kid JUST to try something new. 2) Illegal. Rarely and for a good reason: Every team (Other then KBD KQ) SUCK. They always force me to be a tank because my highest skill is Defence. To be honest, there complete toss-off jerks, Hopefully I can solo/Duo TD's or DK's sometime this month with friends, not idiots.

That icon, my first thought was "White Magic" from Final Fantasy Games. You know, with buffer spells, healing spells etc. I wouldn't be surprised if jagex incorporated that kind of thing in. Like, Level 75: Holy Wave - Costs 15 Prayer points, heal someone by 20% of their HP.

PvP I could understand, the Castle wars/Soul Wars probably wasn't needed though. I mean sure it would render the other team ONE HUNDRED PERCENT screwed over, but you can only take so many potions in to begin with along with band aids in Soul Wars/Castle Wars taking up inventory space. On another note, It only made Herblore MORE costly to rise, considering Herblore barely profits anymore.

Bugger if i know what bench-pressing etc are. I just go to the GYM at the local RAAF Base and use whatever Cardio Equipment is there to tone up since I have no job etc that involves Lifting. Oh, and I wear 5kg braclets on each arm/leg while doing jujitsu, apparently It helps with my reflexes. oh right the question. Err I can Crunch about 100kgs, I can only lift/Push/Pull about 50kg max since my arms aren't strong and Leg wise its about 75kg. and just match those up to whatever bloody machine uses those and theres the answer.
