Ya would make sense seeing as how your unable to do anything period untill your finished with your skill cape emote all together Which i find odd however as your able to run off or dont have to wait for yourself to finish any other emote...whether or not its a long or short one :-k

Also if you do the special right before the normal 1 minute interval right where stats decline some if your potted that would also make your stats return to normal faster therefore making the special seem like its taking longer to recharge :wink:
