You're just running prior to eating breakfast. That's unhealthy. An average diet consists of 2000 calories a day. That means reducing your meal intake to 0.75 meals/day. Someone has a brain THANK YOU!

To lose weight is very simple. When you wake up DON'T EAT ANYTHING! Go running for a good 10-20mins. When you wake up, and run on an empty stomach you will burn fat. You can also do this after a workout. It is very important to eat. Try to eat a lot of Veggies and Fruits and stay away from fats. Also, Doing 1million Crunches or Sit-ups isn't going to make your stomach thinner. Running is. Also you must do Cardio at least 4 times a week.

I personally think that the KBD hasn't lost anything. He drops his head which it looks 20 times better then KQ head. Also have you guys forgotten he also drops Visage? And the KBD is almost always empty while Mith Dragons aren't and they are a pain in the [wagon] to kill. Just leave him how he is. Don't add stupid things to make him harder, because then it would be really pointless to kill him, "bad" drops and impossible to kill? I tried that strategy when hunter 1st came out. It wasn't that bad, I'll give you a tip. Use fairy rings, bank at the lost city place, use fairy rings and go to edge woodcut there and get logs and get back to hunter place. It doesn't take as long. Also finding people to buy hunter pots is really hard. I tried to sell 54 (4) 1.5kea and no one would buy them. I have them if you want to buy for profit plus 172 kebbit teeth ground if you want them. PM me.

They shouldn't make Dragon Javelins or throwing axes because tbh they just suck. No body will use them and it will probably weak and impossible to get. But thats just me.
