EMP would just kill a RPG's electronics, but if it's flown far enough, it's still going to slam into the armour. That's forgetting the fact that it takes a nuclear explosion to generate a strong enough EMP - which is only in a burst rather than a constant effect. You want to stop a rocket, you pile on the reactive armour.

Okay, I'm not Christian. I'll just put that forward now. However, December is that time of year when everyone gets into the secular spirit of Christmas, because everyone likes getting presents.
