Just planted my first spirit tree. Can anyone tell me whether they can be used to transport to and from Grand Tree, or just to the Grand Tree?
-
Hadn't thought of composting them, but I have over 1k watermelons which I use for that.

Amazing guide, so in depth. Why isn't this in AoW yet? I have questions x1 Is the cabbage-buying lady in Zanaris a OoC member? If not, do you plan to sell ALL YOUR CABBIDGE ARE BELONG TO HER NOW. :?:

I don't think you'd have a problem with either. What aoe305 said about ice queen is correct. But I also think that if you take a ring of life or a one hit tele, you have little to lose.

I need some help I guess. Pictures inside.

Or get pked and lose your newly aquired armour and weps. Stupidest suggestion in a long time -
As above, and you don't need any particular item to enter.

On f2p, get about 350 cow hides (2hrs) Go to Al-Kharid, take money, a needle and about 50 thread and the rest hides. Tan them, start walking to the bank and while walking start making boots or whatever you can make. Repeat this and each time you level up, make the best thing you can. I did this yesterday on my newb account and got to level 28 with that amount. Total time pacing back and forth and crafting was 90 minutes approx. Total time 3.5 - 4 hours. Crafting gold into amulets is nice way for smithers to get crafting up as a sideline btw.

Maging Black demons or Dragons.. worth it???
Cryptogram replied to Voldmort0's topic in Help and Advice
In RS, demons are particularly susceptible to mage attacks. Black demons do drop the occasional d med, high lvl herbs, and if you're there for the long haul, collect the money too. Maging dragons is generally a no-no as they have high defence against mage attacks (hence people wearing d hide armour to protect from mage). Best to range or melee black dragons. People do mage dragons, but generally only when they are there to train mage, have tons of runes, and don't expect to hit very often. You find this at metal dragons a lot. -
Run into the middle room, and stay just inside the door. Range from there and bring a little food for when you get hit if retrieving arrows. They become unaggressive after ten minutes, then you can stay behind the table and take your pick. If you are burying big bones, take note that you may get taken off by Leo (random event) and when you return they will be aggressive again. If using the West room, go to the North door and range from there, the rest of the above information applies.

Runecrafting. Umm... Yep. Definitely runecrafting.
-
Always plenty of creatures in security stronghold. You should fit right in on second level, perhaps third. Interesting drops too. I trained in there from scratch on my newb account on minotaurs and came out with over 1k ess and 10k iron arrows before moving on to hillies and pking.

Money Drains:THREE Ways to Drain Money From the RS Economy
Cryptogram replied to kam42705's topic in RuneScape Suggestions
Here's some ideas, as yet unseen on RS. And I bet this should stir up some ill feeling too... :D  INCOME TAX (muhahahaha) - your monthly/weekly profits taxed, and you get it taken out of the bank, or get billed. Value Added Tax on all trades over 10k at 15%. Property taxation for player owned houses - again, monthly/weekly tax depending on how many rooms you have, etc. Monthly renewable slayer licences - just like you get hassled by your servant for wages, your slayer master starts to charge for his/her services (amount depending on slayer master). Don't bother flaming me about this, I know these ideas suck. =; -
Dumb question perhaps, but have you contacted Jagex about this yet?
-
Yes, and no.
-
You're talking ******** imho, no way you finished it in under an hour. =; MEPt2 is long, complex, and requires quite a few p pots. I did it with 56 agility btw. :

Finding fast Pest Control Worlds using the World Monitor
Cryptogram replied to Systemless's topic in General Discussion
When I suggested this a while ago (although I worded it quite differently) I got flamed to kingdom come by all the pcers who were trying to keep noobs away! i only posted because I quit using it in favour of slayer. This is quite a common method of finding worlds already, as I found out, and many people use this, but it's nice to share. :D -
Nope, 119 98?

I'm at work at the moment... Question answered FTW

Agreed with prayer thing. If I'm fighting and I don't want to die, I'll use prayer. Honour ain't much use without your stuff. I usually like this good-humoured kind of post but... ...some might find this offensive. Could you please edit this? 7/10 for observational humour

Guide to fire RC-ing, the fast, cheap way to 91 RC (Pics)
Cryptogram replied to timdagreat4's topic in General Guides
Nicely worked out. Can you add how many runs will be made? Btw, laws are almost as quick, I can do a complete run in 1 minute 15 seconds as follows. Requirements - Agility 70+ to be effective Approximately 24 duelling rings per 1k laws Energy or super energy pots (optional) Start at CW. Run North to balloon and spend 1 regular log to get to Entrana. Run to Altar and craft runes. Return to CW using Duelling ring. If you don't include pouch repairs, in theory, this is 2k laws per hour. Or in cash terms 600-660k per hour np. :-w If you don't want to use rings, then get the boat from Entrana to PC and bank there (closer than Draynor). -
Possibly, the next clue led you to the same place and you automatically got the next casket. Wierd though.

ridiculous runescape weapons you would like to see
Cryptogram replied to krisc6's topic in General Discussion
These already exist, they are called Torag Hammers (just need the squeak sound and effect). How about banana skins from bananas. Being chased in wildy? Drop a skin and watch your attacker fall like they do on the rolling stone at agility pyramid. -
Great general guide for F2P. Very useful knowledge for clans, but also invuluable general knowledge for avoiding being pk'ed by clans when doing your own thing alone or in a small group. Thank you very much for the information. =D>
