10/10 imo - exellent guide that I have referred to time and again. =D> Two points - firstly, with aberrant spectres, I never use prayer as this is too expensive. I have def 91 and mage 91, wearing black d hide, orange elemantal shield, infinity boots, salve amulet(e) and barrow gloves, and get more or less a full load with 10 sharks each visit (sometimes I leave with a couple of empty spaces and sometimes with a couple of sharks left). Since sharks are practically free, I find them a better alternative and have used this method since def 86 and mage 87 I believe. :-k Secondly, you have a very good point about losing connection whilst fighting gargoyles; this happened to me #-o . I was wearing a ring of life as I was aware that this could happen (credit to Axe Man Jack for the heads up :thumbsup: ). It took a little while, but when I logged back in I was in Falador with all my stuff :pray: . I know this isn't always reliable as they may KO you before the tele happens, but it worked for me. Sat there while the screen freezes, the sound stutters, and you stare wide-eyed at the 6mil of inventory you're carrying... :boohoo: :shock: Nightmarish.

What I found funniest about this terrible guide is the officious nonsense at the beginning. Like anyone would want to use this? All you need is a calculator and a basic grasp of the English language. Nothing new whatsoever.

Goes to show that being a high level at something doesn't necessarily make you a learned authority on the subject. A little opinionated for an actual guide as such, but otherwise well done. Due to the nature of farming there seems to be many different methods of going about it, and there will always be disagreements about what is and isn't worth doing. One question I'd like to ask is - how has your farming methods changed from level 50, say, to level 90? :?:

I think it's human nature to criticise and moan about changes. Especially before people investigate for themselves how the change affects things. Personally I can't think of any bad updates.

I agree summoning would be really awesome xD I'm sick and tired with people bumming summoning. The next person who says it will be a great skill I'm gonna stab em in the eye. Think about it, it'll be the worst skill in the world and get it through your thick stabbable skulls that its never gonna come!!! Grrr -.- Lol Someone peed in your cornflakes this morning? Summoning idea is a bit sucky though imo... I think there are no other forms of combat to be added without breaking the medieval theme really. Maybe introduce incendiary devices but we have chinchompas for that I guess.

If you think farming is too hard then don't do it. It's obviously far too taxing for your brain and maybe you should try something like lego bricks instead. =; If you think farming is too slow then don't do it. If you want to stand there watching your pixel plants doing nothing, please don't spam about it. You need to have patience when growing stuff and this is no different in RL. Farming, as already stated goes hand-in-hand with thieving, slayer, herblore etc. and it's only those amongst you that want to get to 99 yesterday that miss this point. :shame: There's nothing wrong with buying seeds to train farming faster, but don't allow your farming to become dependant on this - use the other skills to help. The farming skill is fine as it is, but getting seeds at random while harvesting (as you do when pulling up potatoes) would be a nice treat. \ I also like the idea of farming livestock. Like the Blast Furnace, we could have a new Abbatoir minigame... Farming 82... :-w

I would need to spend too much time and money on watermelon seeds which are quite rare. Sweetcorn seeds are easier to obtain and never die on me.

Another word - BOTS They are causing a slight ruckuss with prices at the moment. Also, price of furys are down to about 3.8 I believe at the moment. Don't know if the black mask was around when you left (probably was) - adds 15% to melee stats when used on slayer tasks - 400-500k at the moment. Barrows still owns. Acheivement diary is new, just do all the tasks for xp lamps and gloves that affect prices of stuff on Karamja (easy tasks), agility bonus from Brimmy agility arena (medium tasks) and a tele to shilo village (hard tasks). Welcome back btw. :)

New quests? I usually wear black d hide armour, dds, boots of lightness and spotted cape. Two sharks at bottom of inventory, duelling ring and one-click tele (Fally or Ardougne) for emergencies. Wc axe, spade, etc. (both came in handy with the last quest). It also depends on where the quest is based. In the desert, I'll take waterskins. If it hints at being underground, tinderbox and light source. Owner of quest cape since introduction.

Go out of the gate from Lletya, go directly west past the wolves a few steps and you'll find a trip wire. Step over the trip wire, go a little North and West and you'll find a path through the woods. Go through the woods, the a little North-West of the on the mini map is a clearing. That's where Ilfeen appears and will recharge bows/shields. Hope this helps \

Pray meleeing metal dragons is far faster than maging and cheaper too. If you wish to train mage, I'd suggest Black Demons as demons are susceptible to mage attacks and you'll hit more often. I personally think that maging dragons is kinda silly when they are reknowned for their mage defence (hence d hide armour) unless you're cursing for xp.
