Yeah, bones to peaches helps a lot there. If you have any friends that have unlocked it ask them if they can make you some tablets to use.

You need to talk to Otto (I think) south of Barbarian Assault to start Barbarian training. You get a heavy rod if you search the bed in his hut. Then get some bait and fish in the fishing spots near his house.

Maybe Black cav/cav mask, desert boots, glory, black flare-style base clothes, some kind of black base top and anything else you want to add.

Yeah, some stats would help. I'd suggest looking through the Stronghold of Security though. Flesh crawlers are quite good for training, depending on your levels.

I've only ever sent one query to Jagex, and it was replied to personally. The only bad experiences I've had is friends recieving automated responses for offence appeals.

Definitely go with yews. Magics are hard to buy, and don't offer any profit. With yews, you can make a decent amount on the way to 99. The higher xp from mages doesn't make much difference, and it's definitely worth sacrificing.

I did falconry until 59, which wasn't too bad. If not, you could catch orange salamanders in the desert. From 59-63, red salamanders, then Red chins the rest of the way :D .

I hate the sort of person that has no 99's and goes and flames people who have for having 'nooby buyable' ones. At the end of the day, it's a skill cape, some are better than others, but they're all still good. They're not exactly easy to get, and are very time consuming. I really don't see the problem, I mean, it's a way to get a good looking cape with a +4 pray bonus =D.

Rock crabs? No quest requirements, only half the hp of experiments, but not as far apart, and more of them.

The prayer and defence are fine, but you really need over 70 range. I's been done with ~56, but the person was very experienced. I'd suggest trying to get 75+ range before you try to improve your chances, but don't try it before 70.

At 53, I'd say to train a bit more on something else first until maybe 60, then go there. Fire giants would be good for getting to 60.

Do You Use Teletabs?: Yes What Do You Use Them For?: If i need as much space as possible, or if I'm on lunars, for more teleport options.

What's your slayer level? If it's high enough, you could go for something like abby demons or spiritual mages, which both seem alright for drops.

TSG's only really clan chat + forums. It's good to be a member though if you enjoy training slayer, definately reccomend it.

Personally I would like a new skill to be released, but i wouldn't be bothered if they didnt. For ideas of what possible new skills could be, you could look at other games like WoW, we have a lot of their skills, but a few we dont, such as skinning (all i can think of :x ).
