308 points sounds about right. Just get them 100 at a time and spend them. 300 should be more than enough. As for the losing, what boat are you using? Might be worth joining a pc clan, always useful to be in in the future, and you can get good worlds. If not, just hop around the official worlds and try to find a good one.

I'd suggest using a gilded altar rather than ecto, as it's a lot easier/faster, depends on how far you can get on your budget though. Buy all the dragon bones you can with your budget and see how far they get you, then kell some blue dragons for the rest, shouldn't take too long.

As far as I can remember you had to do something with the grotto to make him appear. Try all the right-click options.

I'd suggest hunter as well, you don't make as much as you used to, but it's still 100% profit with no investments. Also reasonably fast.

Would it help if you offered to pay for it yourself? Could use pay be sms or something. Or is it a different reason she wont let you?

Not many options at that level, probably best to go with master farmers, wear gloves of silence if you've got the hunter lvl.

Just wear full iron with a staff and go to the zammy monk in Varrock castle. Should splash there. Also are you a member? If you are it might be worth buying chaos runes and killing something like fire giants. You can safespot them easily, and you'll make the money back from the drops (lots of rune). Should be alright there at your level, just try it and see if you hit often enough.

You could train hunter, catching red chins when you get the level. It gives good profit, and when you hit 83, you'll be able to get your own dragon arrows to go with the dark bow. By the way, I think bows are closer to 2.3m now.

Very little for f2p, good xp though. If you wanted a profit there's always hill giants if you dont mind banking the bones.

Rex is the melee one, prime's mage. Pretty sure there's a good guide on the GOF forum. Try typing it into Youtube for a video guide.

If you're going to pray, use protect from melee. The dragonbreath's mage based, but doesn't hit high through the shield.

I'd suggest keep training until you're closer to 100 combat as you're a bit in the middle of the level boundries right now.

Defender. Only possible replacements are dfs, or maybe obby shield, if you need the defence over the attack.

If you really don't want to slay (I'd reccomend it), dagganoths under the lighthouse are very good xp. They barely hit, so you could easily camp there until your guthans broke. Low defence as well, whips tear through them easily :D. Edit: As far as I know you can get about 60-70k+ xp per hour there.

You will keep your gravestone forever, or until you change it. Yea, it's only visible to you, and I'm pretty sure if someone blesses it, it will stay for up to an hour.

There are a load of new Canadian worlds, up to 159. Might not be hidden, haven't noticed it in the updates though. May be a few days old.
