  1. I think I still have a bucket from my first few days in rs.
  2. Indeed, I just foyund out that when you switch anything in your inventory area/options menues etc, you stop combat unless your in a face to face fight with auto on story: I was hallying blue dragons. I like to keep my inventory organized. So I organized my bones and hides to make a clear pattern. To my shock, I found that when I switched around items, my character stopped hallying the dragon! So indeed... if you try changing prayers or items and stuff in combat (not face to face) you'll stop attacking...
  3. SOME autoers don't pick it up. Uusally, they pick it up. Perhaps they were programmed that way in case a fellow autoer dies, this way the logs don't go to waste.
  4. For my friends, those jokes are only funny when THEY say it. If they insult me and I retaliate with a mamma joke, they say "hah dude thats the only insult you know" and then go on and say the wexact insult they told me the first time
  5. Thanks everyone. I think my window works better now that I'cve changed the screen size :D
  6. I have 3 computers: a PC and 2 laptops. I don't like playing on my pc. It doesnt lagg, but the screen is too large. I can't see the whole runescape screen at once, I have to scroll down to see the chat box or options in my inventory area. This is a pic of my screen: Notice that I cannot see the chat box and bottom of inventory unless I scroll down. I can't consider doing Jad on my computer, I'd have to look at the screen then scroll down quickly to choose the right prayer. It'd take too long. Here's a pic of my laptop screen: *apologies for the size* I want help trying to make my computer look like my laptop screen, so I can play on the pc in case my laptop messes up (which they do a lot)
  7. The only thing that would really stink is if you got a sandwich lady and didnt understand what she was offering you
  8. I agree with this. If you don't know german, go find a german translation tool online. They're free. What I can't stand is seeing people yell to a german guy "omg speak english" in a german server! Of all the audacity!
  9. People play there because there is typically less people. Less pkers means easier rc lives. Treasure trailers can run free, pc teams can use a world to cut down on noobies.
  10. Just rememebr that no matter how much you've lost, someone else has lsot more. Maybe someone was falsly banned or hacked. Not only did they lose items, they lost all the work they put in the account. Look on the bright side: there are people in worse situations than you.

Yall may not think its scientifically possible for Noah's ark to occur, but really, remember God CREATED science. I think its safe to assume he's not exactly bound by his own laws.
  12. Attraction: Small bodies. I don't know why, but I (being male) ama ttracted to girls who are small. Not those anorexic ones who starve themselves, but just girls who are naturally small Revulsion (or repulsion, whatever it is): Big people. I'm fairly tall for my age, and I hate having to look up at someone :(
  13. you can find a free german translator thingy HERE Instructions for the site: 1. Default is English to spanish. Click the arrow and Change it to English to German (or, if you want to find what a german word means, look for German to English) 2.Type the word or phrase in english 3. Click Free translation (the words in bold, do NOT click Human translation or else you have to pay for it) 4.view the new german word you see in the box and use them to chat in runescape! If you translated a german word, you now know what it means. 5. To translate another word or phrase, scroll down and type in or change the language. Using this tool, I found the following (Not sure how accurate it is): Cyan=cyanblau Glow=Gluhen sie Wave= Welle Scroll=Rolle
  14. I pronounce it kinda like Ar-dung
  15. Besides business, there is the matter of how players use the servers. 100-200 people per world. FIVE people on the german forums on a WEEKEND. Now, you may think thats horrible and the game will never kick off in German. However, the original runescape originated similar to this. The game styarts small, but it grows and grows. Now that german players can understand it, we're sure to get more players! Besides, english players use the servers if they want to avoid the troubles of a larger server.
  16. The countries hate us because they know they are totally dependant on us. Lets say the french decide not to sent us [a certain product] any more. Fine, we'll stop selling you [giant list of items] for your country! We give out a lot more to single countries than they give us in return. The only reason we do this si ebcause we receive products from all over. Really, America is like the trading union of the world. One item comes in from france, gets refined in the US, then sent with other materials to china for building stuff, then sent back to the US, then exported all over the place. The world relies on us. People don't seem to get that. I'm not pointing fingers at anyone, but there are some particular countries that don't seem to get just how much power we have and how much we could take away from everyone if we just decided not to. Sure, we Invaded Iraq. If we didn't, you'd all suffer the effects of nuclear warfare. We leave Korea sitting there with nuclear bombs at their disposal, and people complain to us that we do nothing about it! Besides, we can't just attack Iraq then pull out leaving the country in ruins. We had to finish what we started, clean up and repair.
  17. Oh and for all you english speakin dudes like me, I took the liberty in finding where Jagex stated they opened the world. Translation: For three weeks, the first adventurers hiked through the deutschsprachige [?] version of rune cape. They looked around themselves well and gave us valuable references, improve could we based on those the game yet further. We are certain ourselves now that the deutschsprachige version at least so much game joke promises like the English. Therefore we open today the gates to the German version of rune cape ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ for everyone! ======================== Just a note that apparently Runescape translates as Rune Cape in German lol. Oh and I found a good site that can translate german words for you for free: http://www.freetranslation.com/ Or try this one: This site can translate full web pages!
  18. I believe phree stuff please is Freies material battar or something like that. I haven't got a clue though, I was just loojkin at what others said lol. Now all we english speakers need to do is think of common things to say like "hello" and translate it to german to prtend we know what we're doing!
  19. Hmm.... could this be the future of private playing? Less pkers= more clues and runecrafting. Less noobies= more pc. less general population= more available training monsters, including KQ, Dagannoth kings, and other popular monsters! And of course if you're not German, you can busy yourself by lookin through your bank and finding interesting german words!
  20. But can a random kill you in 20 seconds while you grab a snack? Unless your a lvl 3, it seems unlikely.
  21. I havent gotten to High school yet, but some of my friends who have brothers in high school say the days seem shorter there.
  22. The thing is, the show is using different questions than adulta would expect. In everyday life, we don't need to care what's the closest star. We dont care what the biggest bear is. We don't care what month columbus day is (we only care if we get that day off!). They ask questions that adults let slip from their minds a long time ago. Any adult who goes on the show expecting it to be easy is a total moron. If the questions were that easy, why give $1mil for answering them? So, the show mortally embarrasses you, takes all your dignity, asks questions you never saw coming, doesn't give any dignity reward after you win (you answered grade school questions!) and they ofer 1 million for any brave yet foolish soul who dares to try his luck. Obviously, the contestants only heard the part about 5th grade questions and winning money, not bothering to think the whole issue through. Then in the end when they're forced to say they're not smater than a fifth grader, they claim it was because they just got hard questions. The only guy was honest that he was beaten fair and square was the very first guy on the show, who only got 3,000 dollars for his work, which he couldn't answer a single one of those questions without a lifeline.
  23. Or like how this lady could only name 3 states that border the Pacific Ocean She forgot ALASKA! How freaking hard is that... Then how she had to use a life line to figure out what the biggest type of bear is. I was yelling Polar Bear at the screen. She makes me mad: Personally, the bear question doesn't seem all that easy. What were the other choices? Good thing I wasn't on the show. I thought it was the Grizzlly :-w
  24. Ah, the biggest governmental oxymoron in the history of ironic literature. War for a peaceful world? HOW was Bush voted in twice??
  25. I may be a "juvenile with no opinion in these government decisions" but I do agree with this letter. Look at the government. For them, declaring war is a long decision involving sitting at coffee table with fellow officers for 3 hours sipping coffee and discussing. For a soldier in the army or marines, the decision changes their life entirely. Onesecond they live in a nice, comfortable house with their family. The next second they're in a foreign country, huddling with other soldiers for support, and watching the land being blown up around them. Meanwhile, we have the morons on the news who have never had any military experience whatsoever. Then they go on TV and tell america what we should be doing. Later, there are people who say to send more troops to finish the war. Then those same people say later on, "war is not the answer!" These Iraqis have the threat of weapons of mass destruction! I think the troops are doing the world a favor by trying to eliminate them through war!
