The bowl method in the crafting guild is really fast, probably one of your best choices. The next fastest would be buying silver bars and make tiaras. Then would be buying the ores and making tiaras. I've heard that buying gold bars (ores) and uncut (cut) gems, making ammies and alching is a good method. Mining your own gold or silver gives you pure profit, but takes alot longer. Buying cowhides or the faster method, hard leather, and make hard leather bodies. It's fast exp, but you end up with a pretty big money loss.

Ankous give pretty great drops. You'll get lots of laws, noted mith ores and addy arrows. I can get about 25 laws, 30 mith ore, and 20 addy arrows per trip (using 26 lobsters.) I've never ranged them though, and I don't think the exp/hour is as high as you're saying you can get.

Hey Alpha, sorry about not writing that f2p guide for you yet :? I'm not sure I'll ever get to it, so you might want to try to find someone else.
